Just like this image I have marked the header image as how I want.I am using prestashop 1.6.

I want to place background image at the top of the page above the menu bar. It's like banner

Hi , I have tried global.css but could not find what to edit I want a image as background of my header and want to remove logo , rest i have already removed Also , i tried contentbox to manualy using html header but image doesn't shows up in any cms built pages thanks in advance - geniushkg

I have done it , just unhook quick serach from displaytop , you can even do it same for cart block if you wish
