  1. After upgrading the Prestashop, "Modules > Payment" is blank. There is no error. It's just a blank page even with the error debugging on. Any solution for this? Thanks.
  2. Hi, I realise we no longer can add more product in the order page. My customer wants to add more product after placing an order. It was working well in 1.6.1.16. Does anyone get the same issue? Is there any solution to this? Thanks.
  3. Hi, Is there any known issue when updating from 1.6.1.11 to 1.6.1.20? I'd like to update it very soon. Thanks, guys!
  4. Hi, I'd like to have Add To Cart button full width (on mobile) like most website these days (especially Shopify). How can I do that? Thank you. Prestashop Version 1.6.1.11
  5. Anyone experienced this issue or any suggestion as how to solve or troubleshoot this? Thanks.
  6. Hi, I know this is very weird and this is the first time I see this kind of issue. The logo in homepage & category page is fine (like usual size). However, in the product page, the logo is changed to a smaller one. Please see this link: Product Page What could be the issue? I thank you in advance.
  7. Solved with this one: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/367885-dashboard-stats-are-empty-after-upgrading-to-1609/?p=2151011
  8. Hi, I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.11 and still can find customer with multiple IDs. Seems like he ordered with Guest checkout every single time. Is there any solution for this? It's been more than 3 years! Wow!
  9. Works like a charm! Can't believe Prestashop doesn't have this feature by default. Many people generate their own invoice using the accounting program rather than using the website.
  10. Any special reason why Prestashop is doing something like this in the search result? WooCommerce doesn't do something like this.
  11. Hi, I'd like to add the Javascript for Conversion Tracking in order confirmation page. Here is the script: <script> dataLayer.push({ 'event':'ecomm_event', 'transactionId': 'XXXXX', // Transaction ID - this is normally generated by your system. 'transactionAffiliation': 'XXXXXXX', // Affiliation or store name 'transactionTotal': 'XX.XX', // Grand Total 'transactionTax': 'XX.XX' , // Tax. 'transactionShipping':'XX.XX', // Shipping cost 'transactionProducts': [ { 'sku': 'XXXXXX', // SKU/code. 'name': 'XXXXXXXX', // Product name. 'category': 'XXXXXXXX', // Category or variation. 'price': 'XX.XX', // Unit price. 'quantity': 'X' }] }); </script> - DELETED - I decided to use Google Analytics module instead.
  12. Hi, I heard that Google Analytics module from Prestashop has covered this issue. Is that correct? I'd like to add eCommerce tracking by adding this actually: <script> dataLayer.push({ 'event':'ecomm_event', 'transactionId': 'XXXXX', // Transaction ID - this is normally generated by your system. 'transactionAffiliation': 'XXXXXXX', // Affiliation or store name 'transactionTotal': 'XX.XX', // Grand Total 'transactionTax': 'XX.XX' , // Tax. 'transactionShipping':'XX.XX', // Shipping cost 'transactionProducts': [ { 'sku': 'XXXXXX', // SKU/code. 'name': 'XXXXXXXX', // Product name. 'category': 'XXXXXXXX', // Category or variation. 'price': 'XX.XX', // Unit price. 'quantity': 'X' }] }); </script> I am not sure whether this one is included in the module. Anybody can help? Thanks.
  13. Hello, We got an issue with Shopping Cart in devices that able to click & touch at the same time, such as Microsoft Surface devices. It enables the user to use mouse & touch the screen. In this case, the users are not able to open the shopping cart or go to the checkout page using the mouse. They need to touch the cart with hand, instead of mouse in order to go to the check out page. Prestashop version 1.6.0.6 Is anyone experienced the same thing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
