Hallo, das drüber installieren ging leider nach hinten los. Es kam eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Bilddatei) und dann war die Modulseite nicht mehr aufrufbar. Sonst hat noch alles andere funktioniert...aber ohne Modulseite... Ich hatte natürlich vorher eine Sicherung gemacht. Insofern wäre ich über neue Ideen dankbar...

Hallo, eventuell habt ihr schon gelesen, daß ich in PS 1.6, das EU Legal in der Version 1.1.1 habe. Das ist Buggy. Beim Kaufabschluss gibt es Probleme mit der Bestätigung der AGBs. Nun gibt es eine neue Version, die diesen Bug nicht mehr haben soll. Leider kann ich kein Update durchführen. Die Angehangen Bilder sollen das Problem nochmal deutlich machen. Prestashop meckert sinngemäß, dass der Kauf von EU Legal und die Anmeldung unter den Addons nicht unter dem selben Namen stattgefunden haben. Das kann ja auch sein, da EU Legal manuell herunter geladen wurde und manuell installiert wurde. Und wie bekomme ich nun das Update hin? Hier haben doch sicher auch andere EU Legal upgedated, oder????

Da das Problem neu ist, gehe ich mal davon aus, daß es nicht am Server liegt.

Hi, danke für die Antwort. Das Updaten funktioniert bei mir aber leider auch nicht. Man muss sich für die Addons ja erst anmelden. Dann schimpft mein PS aber, das meine Anmeldedaten nicht mit den denen des installierten EU Legal übereinstimmen. Das ist auch gut möglich, denn das EU Legal habe ich ja manuell heruntergeladen und manuell installiert und nicht aus dem Addon-Bereich. Kann ich EU-Legal einfach über installieren oder löschen und neu installieren?

Hilfe! Ich habe ein dickes Problem mit SP 1.6. Ich nutze EU Legal, weiß aber nicht, ob das Problem daran hängt. Wenn ich den Kaufprozess abschließen möchte, kommt unabhängig, ob ich den Haken setze, oder nicht, der Hinweis, daß die AGBs akzeptiert werden müssen. Hat jemand einen Rat????
