What are the details of the server you're running ps on?

I'm currently evaluating PrestaShop, and love what I see so far. The installation went smoothly but have a few questions: Suppliers vs Manufacturers: As I understand, manufacturers are akin to 'brands', e.g. Apple products, Microsoft products etc. The supplier is the warehouse / distro centre you bought it from. If so: - why is there a link to view suppliers on shop front? Shouldn't suppliers be private? How do I prevent access to such a list? - Is the data I enter - base prices from supplier / address for example - private? - If my store only sells products from one manufacturer, how do I disabled the manufacturers list entirely? Prices: - Is there an option to set tax-included price, and for PS calculate the tax-excluded price? e.g. I want £10.99 as final price, and not have to work out what that base price is? "Best Selling" - Can I modify what is put there, so instead of it being what I've sold the most, it's a list of items that I want to display there? Localisation - Being English, how do I modify uses of 'check' to 'cheque'? Security / Safety: - I can't find much on PrestaShop security. Where can I read more about it? - Is 1.6 safe to use in production or is it too early yet? I see there are tax rounding issues which could have a major effect on profit / loss.

I'm currently testing out Prestashop, and loving it so far, but I'd like to test it with one hundred or so products. Are there any sample CSV files for product import that would allow me to quickly create more products after a default install?
