  1. I had this issue for weeks and it persisted when I migrated my shop to a new server. However a clean installation on the new server resolved this issue. It appears to be a server related error.
  2. I have tried everything possible on server side but nothing has changed. I gave up and installed prestashop 1.5 until someone fix this annoying issue
  3. Is there a fix to this annoying spinning wheel yet? Tried everything suggested on this thread, no hope.I have the most up to date version of prestashop hosted on digital ocean cloud server with 4GB RAM . I have allocated maximum resources for my only application running on this server but its freaking annoying that I can't do anything on it. The wheel keeps spinning for ages before I can navigate to another menu on admin page. I had over 100k products on magento and shopify platforms but I am stuck with just 2k products here as it is not allowing me do anything. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thank you
  4. Thanks musicmaster. Would you be able to elaborate?Sorry I am not very good at handling MysQL . Also I found something strange that I no longer have ps_ database fields. Its all ccz_ or mmq_ unless I am looking at the wrong table.
  5. I have over 30000 products in my store but all of them are disabled. Anyone have an idea to enable them all either using prestashop backend or my database? Also in the future how to set the new product status enabled by default, so that I don't have to manually enable them after each and every product import. Any help would be much appreicated
  6. Thanks to all moderators. Mine is now resolved. I downloaded .zip from http://addons.prestashop.com/en/administration-tools-prestashop-modules/6222-backward-compatibility.html and copied all the contents of backward_compatibility to modules/backward_compatibility folder in root directory which was previously empty. All works fine now. Forgive my French crocolive. I used google translate.Hope this helps Merci à tous les modérateurs.
