  1. GUYS, SOLVED! Left the # out of the color value in the Color attribute. Issue can be closed (at least my instance of the issue! Thanks Cam
  2. Hi guys, Further to my earlier posts, I have isolated my issue to one color not appearing consistently across products. Whilst the color swatch does not appear under the product image in the Categories view, a blank square does appear where the color should in the Product page. When I mouseover the blank square, I get the following Javascript error box: <br /> <b>Notice</b>: Undefined offset: 17 in <b>/path_to../cache/smarty/compile/69/2b/712323m2hjh23j4h23j4h2j34.file.product.tpl.php<b> on line <b>604</b><br/> I have cleared the Smarty cache and turned all caches off but still cannot resolve. Help! Cheers Cam
  3. Hi guys, Anyone have any ideas on this? I have tried flushing cache, searching the forum, etc. No idea on this. I have checked combinations and they are identical, but still cannot get all three colors to appear under the product image in Category view. Can anyone point me in a direction to fix this??? Cam
  4. Hi guys, I am having an issue similar to this - I have set up combinations including color for items in our store but in the category view of a product, not all color swatches are appearing under the image for the product - Look at this one as an example: http://www.willowandfinn.com/public/45-vintage-dress For the Vintage Dress, only two colors appear under the Product image in the Category view - If you click on the product image and go to the Product page for this dress, you will see three color. Any ideas? Thanks Cam
  5. Vekia, Thanks for the tip - I found my problem - The 'Available to Order' flag against each product - I misunderstood the purpose of this - I thought it as to flag allowing customers to order regardless of whether stock was available. As I see now, it is the flag that enables purchasing in the cart. Thanks for the blinding flash of light! Regards Cam
  6. Hi Benjamin - When you say 'regenerate' combinations, is there a function for regeneration, or do you mean generate the combinations again? Cheers Cameron
  7. Hi, thanks for your reply - yes, stock quantities are in place against all products (combinations). There are some combinations against some products that have zero quantity. Would this impact visibility? Thanks, Cameron
  8. Hi everyone, I have a clean 1.6.0.6 install with default theme. No PHP mods made. Not using advanced stock management. Using product combinations. Catalog mode is OFF. Cleared caches, tried Chrome and Safari on OS X and Chrome and IE10 on Windows 7. Tried multiple computers. Cleared browser caches and cookies. No success. I have trawled through forums and the web and still cannot find an answer to help - The 'Add to Cart' button will not appear in any location - Categories listings or individual product pages. I have uninstalled the cart block and re-installed, checked all settings, added some commentary to short descriptions but nothing is working. This site should now be live, but without this feature, well you can imagine... The site URL is http://www.willowandfinn.com/public. Anyone have any ideas??? Help! Cam
