How can I add a tab for reviews?

I don't understand how to add a carrier. How can I make different shipping rates based on shipment location/country and also levels of shipping speed?

I need some help setting up my shop for custom orders. I have assigned values to attributes for waist size and length and I'm able to assign specific values to each product. The problem comes when I enter quantity per item. The system wants me to assign quantity to each specific size. However, I want to say the quantity is 1 and the customer selects the waist size and length from the predefined list I've given them. The pull down list part is working fine. How do I put my quantity as 1 without assigning it to a specific feature. Hope that makes sense.

Is there any way to leave a custom message that will be displayed while I have my site in maintenance mode while I'm building it? Setting up my site has taken much longer than I ever thought possible with a ready to use template format and I have print ads coming out that I cannot stop with my domain on them. I was hoping to tailor a message redirecting customers to another site for information. Is that possible?

There is not an option with I click edit for changing the parent of the category as there is for the other items linked to my home category.

How can I change the root of a category that is separate from those linked to home?
