  1. Hi everyone, I've been using Prestashop for a while on my live shop now but there seems to be an issue (both on 1.6.0.8 and 1.6.0.9 (I've tried both)) where I can't update the product quantities for its attributes by uploading a csv containing the product id, attribute, value, reference, ean13, quantity and minimal quantity. All it does is create a copy of the size (US Size 9) in the back office so I have two sizes (US Size 9) with one that has quantity 0 (the original quantity) and the other has the new quantity for that size. But even though both show in the back office, My product shows as "Out of Stock" on the front office, and theres only one of each size, not the duplicates (US Size 9). Theres 0 stock for all of the combinations. I'm happy to modify any php or edit the sql database. Maybe Prestashop isn't recognising they're the same attribute? Maybe I need to set a field somewhere to change this? Thanks for any help.
  2. Hey everyone, just a quick one, does anyone know what I need to change to change the text or background colour of the 5th step confirmation page after customers have returned from paypal (or any other checkout method) I'm using prestashop 1.6 with the default-bootstrap theme.
  3. Hey everybody, I'm having some trouble with importing CSV files. When I select "Price (Tax included)" on the drop down box for my price tax included and import the CSV, Prestashop ignores that I've selected price (tax included) and does it as if it is calculating base price. Hence all my prices increase by 10%. Does anyone have any idea why Prestashop is doing this? Oddly enough, it only started occurring yesterday. Edit: Ended up using base prices
  4. Hi everyone, I've done a bit of searching on these and other forums but I've turned up empty handed, only finding programs that don't specifically do this. I was wondering if there was any way to sync product inventories with the online store? Are there any ways to have this occurring automatically (e.g. write straight to the database after adding the appropriate image for the product, OR, say every hour sync with a csv file?) Thanks for any help!
