  1. I'm having issues with PrestaShop 1.6 orders section of the back office. We sell knife kits and you can pick what color handle you want. When the order shows up in PayPal, it shows the item but not the attribute (color), so I have to go to the "orders" section of the back office to view what color handle they'd like. Sometimes this works perfectly, and sometimes PrestaShop shows all of the details (amount paid, customer name/shipping address, etc.) but will say no products ordered. I've also noticed that in these cases, there's also a note in the PayPal section of it that says the order is over 60 days old, even though it's been placed that day. I've attached a screenshot as an example. Any help is much appreciated!
  2. Our store sells knife kits, and you have the option of buying the blade only or adding a sheath/handles. I didn't use a product combination generator because I have to change the quantities manually when someone purchases the product in store or through our old website (we've set up PrestaShop recently and are keeping the old website around for a few months until problems like this are all sorted out, and the product combination generator is very time consuming to take stock out manually). The problem is, if a customer tries to purchase a handle that is out of stock, PrestaShop won't let the customer purchase it, but if they add a sheath to it, the "out of stock" message doesn't show up. Also, if they select a sheath that is in stock (it's only with the sheaths for some reason), the price of the sheath isn't added to the total price. I don't understand why this is, since I set the product combinations up to add additional cost for sheaths and handles. Anyone else had this problem that can help me? Thanks!
  3. Wanting to know if this is possible in the first place, and if it is, how do I add a static HTML page in PrestaShop? Thank you.
  4. That's such an easy solution and it worked! Thank you so much! I can't believe I didn't think to try that out of everything I tried.
  5. I've tried ordering directly from the site to test it, but when I click the PayPal payment button I get an error message saying "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com." I don't get directed to the PayPal site at all, the process doesn't let me get any further than this error message. Is this some easy step that I've overlooked?
  6. I'm having trouble getting PayPal US to work on PrestaShop 1.6.0.6. I've heard there are a lot of compatibility issues with the newest version of PrestaShop and the PayPal module. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the module and I've tried resetting the module, but it doesn't seem to work. I've entered the API credentials for the Live and Sandbox accounts, but I don't get any confirmation that it's worked. I'm not very technical, so if you could make your answers as simple as possible, that'd be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
