  1. Hi Please help, the shop is set up so it doesn't offer the products with attributes that are not in stock. Works ok in the product detail view, it doesn't show it there. But when you use the layered navigation to filter the sizes (selling clothes) it lists even products that are not available in that size. It only seems to happen with certain products, can't see any pattern there. Compared them to other products and can't see any difference. A problem, confusing for the customer. Anybody knows how to fix this? Is this a bug? Thank you
  2. OK, found the problem myself... I had to re-index the urls in the layered navigation module.
  3. Hi, could somebody please help, I just noticed that when I have some attributes selected in the layered navigation, then go to a particular product detail page, and then click the browser back button, all selected attributes are lost. I wonder if it's some rewrite issue. When I click the back button, it first goes to the correct url with the attributes specified in the actual url, but before the page loads completely, it suddenly looses the attributes from the url. It happens exactly at the same time as the page jumps up a bit to show the beginning of the product list, instead of the header (which I found annoying btw). Actually I found out that even if I paste the url with the attributes, it looses it after that "loading" message on the page is finished. You can have a look here for example http://www.malaradost.cz/52-tricko-dlouhy-rukav#/velikost-110_4_5_let - watch what happens with the url. I would be very very grateful for a help here as I am lost on this, the shop is already online
  4. What I noticed is that when I click on the actual number of the page in the navigation, it works ok. But when I click on the "previous" or "next" button, it first goes to the correct url but suddenly is redirected to a url without the specified filters. Very strange. I had to hide these buttons from the template which is not a great solution
  5. In your prestashop backoffice go to ORDERS and than to STATUSES. Open the module for Awaiting bankwire payment and check what template it uses for each language. Each time change the language in the dropdown next to status name, than look at the last line Template, if it says bankwire. If not, find it in the list. You can also see the preview of the template there.
  6. Milosx check what template you have set for the bankwire order status, in those languages that don't work. It should be bankwire template, which is probably correctly chosen in the default language. Also make sure you don't change the name of the actual order status, only translate but keep the meaning. If that doesn't help, check the actual template bankwire.html (and bankwire.txt) in mails folder, in the languages that don't work and compare it with the default one.
  7. Glad I could help! It's not immediately obvious that the statuses shouldn't be rewritten.
  8. Have the same problem, thanks for the workaround! It will do for now but there must be a better way to do this. I don't see why things like target should be removed... is that not pure enough?
  9. I found out what the problem was, the order statuses were rewritten to say something else and use different templates. That made a huge mess as to what was sent when. Leaving this post here in case somebody has the same problem!
  10. Zeryk, did you rewrite some of the order statuses in the list? I discovered that they need to stay the same, maybe different wording but they are somehow connected to the process and are chosen automatically when emails sent and statuses set. I put mine back to what they were before and the whole process makes sense and works fine now!
  11. Hi, please help, this is a big issue for me. I just notice just after I confirm the order in the shop, using bank transfer payment method, I get the relevant information on the last screen, including the account number etc. That works very well, great. And it says that this information is being sent in the confirmation email. Except when I look at the order confirmation email it doesn't have any payment details, only the product info, address and the fact that I chose to pay by bank transfer. This is going to frustrate any customer HUGELY. Specially after they closed the page thinking that they will have all details in the email. I a using the default bankwire module for this. It's not even in the included pdf. PLEASE PLEASE HELP! What can I do? Jana
  12. I was just about to write the same.... please help! I would add, generally, is it possible to have different confirmation emails sent depending on what payment or delivery method was chosen? One for all doesn't seem to work very well.
  13. Hi I don't know if I am the only one who has an issue with this. When I select for example a particular colour in the layered navigation and I get a result that has two or more pages of products, the first page is fine, but when I click to see the next page, the filtering goes to default (no colour selection) so I get just all the products in the category... that doesn't make sense. Basically I have no chance to see the product of that colour on the second page. Also when I select a colour and then look at the particular product, and then come back to the category, the colour (or any other) selection is lost as well, so I have to select it every time after I look at the actual product. That could really frustrate the customers. Is this a bug or could I have wrong settings somewhere? Very grateful for any help! Jana
  14. Thank you nutxlago, I just tried and it didn't help. As I mentioned, the top search works absolutely fine. The strange thing that the url generated by the top search is like domain/search?controller=search&orderby=position&orderway=desc&search_query=shirt&submit_search= while the 404 page search come up with just domain/search
