Hello, im in trouble here! i also have a problem updating my quantities through CSV importing, my product updates quantity to "8", as i can see on catalog search, but in product details, my product still remains with quantity "1". (presta 1.6.0.8) In the database i found the new value stored in ps_stock_available -> quantity but not in ps_product-quantity... So manually all is updated fine, but with importing tool, only the quantity in ps_stock_available is updated. How can i solve this? Thanks for the help.

Viva pessoal, Tenho uma duvida, como é que eu faço para conseguir mostrar o TAX (valor do imposto -IVA) em clientes que insiram o VAT? Estou em portugal, e aqui precisamos\queremos mostrar o imposto a parte, mas quando o cliente insere o seu numero fiscal, o imposto desaparece, caso contrário funciona direitinho.. Andei a procurar em foruns e encontrei a seguinte afirmação: " Atenção que a isenção de iva não é para clientes particulares mas sim para empresas, elas terão que pagar iva no país respectivo. No prestashop tem opções de iva a aplicar a cada país e produto." Preciso mostrar o imposto de qualquer maneira, independentemente de ter VAT ou não.

Hi, i'm having a problem with my taxing on prestashop 1.6.0.8 from portugal All is fine if the user doenst have NIF (VAT number), the price appears and then the tax amount appears on other line, The problem is that if the user decides to insert de VAT, the tax desapears. And the price is calculated with zero tax value. I know this is some kind of policy of presta, because i think it assumes that the tax value is on the price already, but here im portugal is allways separated wether the user has vat number or not. Can you help me please? Its a bit urgent. Thanks.

Viva pessoal, Apareceu-me um notice na minha loja que ainda não consegui perceber a origem. O erro tem a haver com a smarty cache, aparece o notice na encomenda do cliente e não temos acesso direto aos produtos da encomenda, temos de ir aos detalhes. O notice é o seguinte: Notice na linha 120 do ficheiro /home/XXXXX/public_html/cache/smarty/compile/76/31/d5/7631d5b4e73478fedfdbad45433a72f6138e41ff.file.view.tpl.php [8] Trying to get property of non-object A única coisa que alterou nos ultimos 20 dias, tirando umas atualizações inconsequentes de modulos inofensivos, foi o Host ter-nos mudado de servidor. O que provocou falhar ao nivel de cache, produtos a serem inseridos e não aparecerem na loja, produtos a serem removidos e continuarem lá, tempo de loading em backoffice na ordem dos minutos... tudo isso aparentemente foi resolvido. Tendo aparecido esta situação agora... Eu sei que o problema tem a haver com a smarty cache, mas até agora só apareceu num cliente, no meu pc a loja funciona sem problemas, no da dona da loja também até hoje, ela queixou-se que lhe aconteceu o mesmo com uma encomenda nova, mas eu vejo-a perfeitamente e ela agora também sem fazermos nada. De acrescentar que a cache está desligada desde a primeira ocorrencia. Será isto um problema do servidor? Estou bastante preocupado com a estabilidade da loja, realmente o site ficou mais rápido com a mudança de servidor, embora não tenha sido requisitada por nós, mas a que custo.,... Hi, I'm having an huge problem. All of a suddent without any modifications, my store stopped showing prices with tax included. And in some client groups it even added the tax on the shopping cart. I managed to get things running, adding the tax on the shopping cart, but honestly i cant control the groups behavior in terms of showing the price with the tax. For instance, i have "client" group thats working fine, "vip 5%" working fine too, but all of the others show prices without taxes, and "new registered" could add the tax on the shopping cart. My version is 1.6.0.8. and yes i tested the client group option "with tax". Please help, its urgent. Best regards.

I did that and it remains the same. Don't if it matter, but host suspended the phpmailsender, i mean the default presta method to send mails.

Hello, my store is on 1.6.0.8 running stable but a bit slow. So i have 2 questions, 1- Do you guys advise me upgrading to the latest? 2- Im think of clearing the store cache, what's the best way to do that, and does it causes any impact on store data? Hi, Well basically it's that, the email sender is working fine, If a client wants to be notified about an out of stock product, he is, clients are notified about products, but i'm not notifyed that they are interested in the product. My mail alert module is updated and my prestashop version is 1.6.0.8 at the moment. Thanks for all the help, thanks.

I have done that with clothes, color combinations, etc... in this case we need to select diferent properties that make the hole final product, almost like buying a car online. I see what you were sayning, but where should i start?

Hi, My client sells sofas, and he wants the customer to be able to select diferent aspects of the produto before ordering it.
