  1. Hi everyone, The last few days I've been getting lots of shopping carts where 1 of every item (over 110 products) in my store is added to a cart, including all giftwrap and card options. I've just worked out the IP address this is coming from in Russia, is there a way I can blacklist them to stop it happening again? Thank you, Stephanie
  2. Ok that makes sense! No the display right hook isn't on the home page, so I'll need try to find the correct hook and add it there also. There is currently a paypal logo block that is on my homepage (lower right underneath my advert blocks) and ideally I'd like to have the layered navigation display just above it. Will have a look through the hooks and see if I can find the correct one. Thank you :-)
  3. Yes I have done backups, at the moment my store still seems to be running unaffected by this but I'd still like to be able to upgrade it. Do you have any idea how long should the update process take, and is there anything I can do about the server issue?
  4. Hi, this is pretty urgent as my store is down in the meantime! I was running 1.6.0.8 and just installed the 1-Click upgrade module, due to several issues I'd been having it was recommended to update. Left it for a while and have just come back to it, the screen (under Advance Parameters, 1 Click Upgrade) now says Settings Update Successful Followed by the activity log which is currently at: ......./website/cache/....................... added to archive. 16315 files left. This has remained unchanged for over nearly two hours now so it isn't progressing through the remaining files. Any ideas please? UPDATE 1: I also tried to contact Prestashop directly (through the Contact Us section on the Add-on Store 1 Click Module page) but I can't send them a message about it - it links me through to the Forge instead. UPDATE 2: Has been 12 hours now since starting the upgrade and the page is sitting at the same point. I've opened a new tab, took it off maintenance mode and everything still seems to be as it was, so hopefully my store can operate in the meantime. Would really appreciate any possible answers though please, as I thought the point of the module was to make it simple to update to the latest version. Have added a screenshot of what it was up to when it stopped working.
  5. No I haven't, I only noticed the problem recently and it hadn't occured to me that it might be a problem with the theme. I'll contact them and see what I can find out. Thank you so much for your reply :-)
  6. Hi, I've just discovered an issue with the mobile version of my store, once customers have added products to their cart, the link at the top of the page (eg CART (6)) is broken. It says how many products are in the cart but the only way of getting to the cart page is by adding another product, then selecting 'view cart' rather than 'continue shopping' and removing the unwanted item. If you hover over the Cart link it's not clickable, whereas on a desktop it works correctly. I am having a high number of abandoned carts and am thinking this may be part of the cause. I've never edited the code before but am willing to try and good at following instructions, if anyone has a fix for it or can tell me where to look? Thanks in advance.
  7. Great, thank you for your help! I've removed the exceptions 'index' and 'category' and it's now displaying, apart from the home page which is a bit annoying but it's far better than before! Do you have any idea what others from the exception list relates to the home page? I had already checked the hook and it was the correct one, I've just re-ordered them so it's now at the very top of the column. Thanks again, Stephanie
  8. Hi, Can somebody please check that I'm doing this correctly as I've had no luck so far with getting it to work! Need it to display on the home page and on category pages, not so much on the individual product pages. 1. Disabled Cache 2. Transplant Module 'Layered Navigation Block' onto hook 'displayRightColumn(Right Column Blocks) as I am using the theme Simplio with a right column, I presume this is the best/correct hook for it. 3. Exceptions - Here I'm selecting everything, but I'm wondering if this is what I'm doing wrong? 4. Save - Module transplanted successfully 5. Go to modules, Layered Navigation Block 6. Edit the Template (only have one) 7. Select all categories and subcategories 8. Filters YES - subcategories, product manufacturer, product price, attributes Size and Colour. All other filters set to NO. 9. Save 10. Index all missing prices, Rebuild entire price index, Build attribute index and URL index. This only takes 10 seconds max to do, should it be longer? 11. Configuration (as per attached JPEG) 12. Save 13. Re-enable Cache Now in my right column I have Viewed Products, Top Sellers, Specials, New Products and the logos from the Paypal module, but no navigation block. Any ideas or if you can pick up on what I've missed out from the process would be appreciated. Thank you, Stephanie
  9. Update: The block is hooked into displayRightColumn but not showing in my live store. I also tried hooking it into the displayHeader hook instead (after finding it wasn't displayed in the right column) but it says it already exists in that location - I presume because it hooks into the header also by default? For exceptions I selected everything in the list as it doesn't seem relevant to be displayed on any of the listed files. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I'd love to get this working instead of having to install a paid module.

  11. Hi, I'm trying to do a backup of my store as the last one was several months ago, but I have 12 files that are failing to transfer - how crucial is it that all files transfer successfully? Am using Filezilla, I've tried to complete this backup twice now and it doesn't want to transfer. The files it won't do are: /var/cpanel/styled/current_style /accesslogs /.cagefs/opt/alt/php44/link/config (also php 52,51,53,54,55,56,70) /.cagefs/tmp/.s/PGSQL.5432 /.cagefs/tmp/mysql.sock with the reason 'could not start transfer'. I have tried adding them back and processing the queue again but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated as it's quite frustrating. Thanks, Stephanie
  12. Hi, I haven't yet used the navigation block but have just tried to get it working on my store. The module is installed and enabled, I've created a template and selected categories and filters. Did all the indexes (which only took a few seconds so I'm wondering why it was so quick) and saved it, but on my storefront it isn't there. Is there something else I need to do to get it working, or is it someting to do with my theme (simplio)? Thank you, Stephanie

Hi everyone, I've un-installed the old module, then uploaded the new one and all seems to be working well, including fixing my issue of the PayPal button image which had disappeared after the last update. I'm also happy to see the module now says that it is valid for most of the world rather than just Europe, much easier for us in Oceania and Asia to figure out that we can use it too! Thanks all for your replies :-)
  14. Hi Antoine, thanks for checking with the developer. My PayPal module is v3.10.1 - I have just checked again for updates and it says there is none.
