Hello, We got quite a problem with our prestashop v1.6.1.0, regarding invoices: When we set our orders to "In treatment" and want to generate invoices on that specific status, we just get a few invoices, but not all of them. So we got 11 orders (ID 329 to 339) which are currently set to In treatment, but we can generate just 3 invoices (ID 329, 338 and 339) by that status, 8 are missing. 2 out of those 3 which show up are bank transfers, 1 is a cash on pickup. Knowing that it seems like an order with cash on pickup payment can generate an invoice, but it seems that all the orders, also earlier delivered ones, which were paid by cash on pickup - since we updated prestashop (and the cash on pickup module) to 1.6 a few weeks ago - don't generate an invoice. Except for that single one mentioned above. We got three carriers which are actually all pickup places, but I guess it has to deal with the cash on pickup payment. The missing 8 orders have all cash on pickup payment. Out of the same 8 orders I can create an invoice one by one out of the invoice-icon in the orders list, but in those invoices the total price is set to zero(!?). The invoice number of a single invoice then allways starts with IN000000 and there is no invoice showing up at the documents tab on the details page. The 3 invoices which dó work don't have these issues. We would really appreciate any help, since this is a major bug for us, we have to deal with the invoices every week. StSt

Hello, I just upgraded our prestashop store from 1.5.6.0 to 1.6.1.0. I thought all went well, the backoffice looks fine and as far as I can see it contains all the data from the database. But the front office doesn't look fine. It's not completely blank, but for a big part it is. Check the screenshot: http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=d98335a I used the error reporting thing which I found in other topics (I am not well known with that) but I don't see errors. It seems like the webshop is loading the theme for a small part, but many modules, images and also just plain text are not loaded? In our old store we used a leo theme, while at the upgrade I checkmarked to "upgrade and switch to the default theme". I cleared the cache, browser history and regenerated images, but it won't help. Please can anyone help me out?

Hello, We run a prestashop v1.5.6.0, with a customised leo converse theme. I try to get the Jqzoom-function to work on product images. But when I activate it, the zooming-box appears behind the right sidebar with our categories. I can just see a slight stroke of the zooming-box so I know it's working, but it should be on top. Can anyone help us out? I allready tried to change the z-index in js/jquery/plugins/jqzoom/jquery.jqzoom.css to a very large number, like 99999, but it won't help. I don't know what else to do so any help is really appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks El Patron, I applied the fix and it works! That's a quick service. One more question: I changed nothing on permissions yet. Can I translate now in the back-end, without the same problem coming back again? Or do I still have to change permissions? Many thanks for your help.

Hello, Today I changed the max input vars in the .htaccess file in the root of our prestashop v1.6.0.11 installation. Afther that I went to the back-end and translated just 1 line of text in the blocknewsletter module (we use a leo theme). I saved, the translation worked, but suddenly ALL translations of leo's own modules were deleted, inside of our language: nl.php.The file itself still exist but the translated text which should appear inside of the quotes, are now all empty. I uploaded a screenshot: http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=660e683 I figured out that it's probably because the permissions of the language files are not set correctly. But how to fix it? Typing it manually will be so time consuming, and I'm affraid it will delete more translations. I can't find the original nl.php files from the theme's .zip-file, for example: unzipped theme > /themes/-leo theme-/modules/leomanagewidgets/translations/nl.php does not exist. I can't find a translation file on the internet either, and a customer of leotheme.com won't really help me, just gives a url to some documentation which describes a default prestashop translation or a manual way to translate a leo module. So can anyone help me out? Or do I have no choice than to change file permissions and change each line of text (3500 missing!) manually?

Hello, We and our webshop got stuck on a problem. The products we offer are displayed on different pages per manufacturer. Some manufacturers offer alot of products so the productlist gets quite long. It makes it hard for a customer to separate the different categories of products, so is there a way to divide the productlist of a manufacturer? So it would get something like this: Manufacturer 1 Products A - item 1 - item 2 - item 3 Products B - item 4 - item 5 - item 6 We got different manufacturers but some offer the same category of products so we can't just drop a category to the manufacturer-page. I looked already on the forums but I can't find a solution. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@PSfever: Thanks for the reply. Your option sounds quite clear, but I am not that good in coding to program that myself. I know I can learn but our deadline is too close for that. Also, for other problems I tried little coding adjustments in phpfiles like AddressController.php, but I allways get a blank screen then when I reload the website. Maybe it's too much asked but if someone could give me the corresponding code to what PSfever suggests, I would really appreciate that.

Can you tell me which divs you talk about? I will contact Leo Theme, but more help in here is still welcome.

Hi all, I'm still struggling with my previous posted problem, but I'd like to post about another one. Our shop got a weird problem that when a product in the webshop don't include a product image, then the right column is pushed down. It's weird because in that case it actually does have the "no image available"-image displayed. I tried to change the size of that no-image picture but that doesn't help. It happens both in FF and IE. We're using prestashop 1.5.6.0, with the leo converse theme. Also, that theme uses separation-lines (> borders) between website elements. One of that lines, right under the product price, cuts right trough the product-quantity-box next to the Add to cart-button, where it should appear just beneath it. I changed the display style of that element, and changed padding-settings, both that didn't fix it yet. This border-problem appears on every productpage, but maybe there's a link between these problems. I'm on a close deadline so I really appreciate some help on these two things. Thanks allready.

Bedankt voor de reactie scorpionsworld. Is het werkelijk zo lastig dat er een maatwerkmodule moet komen? Ik heb nog geen ervaring met het schrijven van eigen modules, ben ook geen doorgewinterde programmeur. Eigenlijk gaat het alleen om stap 3 in het bestelproces. In stap 1 zou ik de adressen kunnen verbergen, maar het zou perfect zijn als het bezorgadres in stap 3 automatisch verandert in het afhaaladres wanneer de klant in stap 1 voor de carrier "Ophalen in de winkel" heeft gekozen. We hebben eigenlijk meerdere afhaallocaties waar de klant uit zou moeten kunnen kiezen, maar als eerst bovenstaand probleem opgelost zou worden zijn we al een heel eind. Edit: Het valt me op dat in stap 1 nog geen vervoerder wordt gekozen maar alleen de verzendkosten worden vertoond. En het adres wordt al in stap 3 bepaald terwijl de klant in stap 4 nog kan kiezen om de bestelling op te halen in de winkel. Dat lijkt mij andersom te moeten, en het vertonen van het afhaaladres-probleem blijft...

Hallo iedereen, Graag wil ik hier om hulp vragen over een probleem wat ik al eerder in het engelse gedeelte gepost heb, maar ik krijg daar geen reactie, terwijl dit een vrij cruciaal onderdeel is voor onze webshop. Als een klant een product besteld dan krijgt hij de mogelijkheid om het af te halen in de winkel. Ik heb de bijbehorende vervoerder toegevoegd, maar wanneer de klant voor die optie kiest, staat onder stap 1 en 3 in het afreken-proces alsnog de klant zijn eigen aflever- en rekeningadres, terwijl ik daar graag het adres wil hebben staan van de winkel waar de klant het product kan komen ophalen. Ik heb al veel tijd gestoken in het zoeken naar een oplossing maar ik kan hier vrijwel niks over vinden en kom er zelf niet meer uit. Is er iemand die me hier verder mee kan helpen? Wij zouden daar erg blij mee zijn, alvast bedankt.
