    Hi I would like to know if any one can help, when i view my website on my computer the layout is fine, however when it is viewed on a mobile device the alignment is all messed up. When I view it on my mobile everything gets placed in one column. If you don't understand what i mean the view www.pmecake.co.uk on a mobile. Is there any way to set something up if a mobile device is being used it transfers to a different homepage?

    Hi No unfortunately I was looking for one that just goes back a pages as i need it to go back to a category, i.e. if the customer was on a product and wanted to go back to what they searched for or back to the main category there after.

    HI all I was wondering if any one knows how i can place a button onto my product pages, and category pages which allows the user to go back to the previous page, like the sort which you would get on top of your browser. I know point-less if there already is a button there but what the client wants the client gets any help will greatly be appreciated

    Hi maybe you can help me I want to be able to have text showing what the button is when the user is hovering over it same as the way if you had usable menu links appear if they had been added

    Hi are you saying that you originally had 1.6.0.6 before and it worked when you went over to 1.6.0.9

    Hi I am almost finished making a website and very close to launching it to go live. However I have found a problem, if you select a category which has around 70 items linked to it, and If you were to select the show all button to bring up all the products in one page the the product page just refreshes and goes back to the first page and does not show all the products. I am using the default bootstrap theme. With a prestashop version of 1.6.0.6 I have seen on one other forum that it is a bug in the current version of prestashop.. Would an upgrade work???? Any help would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible as i need to get the site live.

    Hi i have looked in this folder and file but what i am looking for is not there, i am trying to place a picture next to each heading in the sub menu

    HI I am trying to edit my the top horizontal menu bar for my website, more specifically i am trying to add an image to each heading in the sub-menu, When testing it on Inspect Element in Firefox it works like a charm. However by doing some research to try and find what files need to be edited in order to change it permanently I am pointed towards editing the "BLOCKTOPMENU" .tpl file however in looking in this file i cannot seem to find the code when I was in the Inspect Element in Firefox. Is it a different file???? I am currently using the default bootstrap theme. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Thats excellent razaro it now shows that the message i sent however when I check the reply in my inbox there is no e-mail

    Hi I have a problem when I try to test out the contact us page on the website that I am creating, it works up to the point were I can send and e-mail to customer services and get confirmation that it has been sent. Low and behold the e-mail arrives in the customer service backed. However every time that I try to reply to the message I get the following error bellow, and have run our of ideas to solve the problem. Error - The following e-mail template is missing: /home/pmecake/web/mails/gb/reply_msg.html Please help

    HI I would like to know is there away to restrict certain product being sold outside the UK. i.e. We are selling Sprays on our website but because they are aerosol they can not be shipped by air. So we cant use our international delivery company to send the item. hence why we need it to restricted when going through the shopping cart that it appears that it can not be sent to them if there address is an international one. ..... I have already tried changing the shipping options on the item already by selecting only uk carriers but when we choose stuff which can be sent outside the uk it doesn't allow any item it just says "carriers cannot be found" Any help will be greatly appreciated

    It seems to be that when I set a tag as a random name I.e bob it works and finds the product bit when I put a product code for example CA035 it does not find anything
