me too: Dear Sirs, Since yesterday evening my Paypal module in my webshop: www.kingsofsweden.com seem not to work anymore. The moment a client pushes the Paypal button at the end of a purchasing process, this error message appears: ----------------------------- Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> -> -------------------------------- I reinstalled the Paypal module into our Prestashop installation but still the same error occurs.

Hi all! I am running a standard theme on a 1.6.0.8 version (www.kingsofsweden.com). All was running smooth until I wanted to change the slider pictures on the home main slider. I did it once when I installed the theme about two months ago. But when I now go to the Theme configurator, the area where I was adding these slider images is completely empty (see attached sreenshot). But the images are shown on the front end, so they must be somewhere??? Even if I add new Images to the empty section "hook home" the picture vill appear below the product images and above the footer of the home page. Further I cant see where to put html (the funktions above the text field have dissappeared... Anybody have an idea what I might have wrong and how to solve this? Thank you so much in advance! Thomas

Hi! I am running the webshop www.kingsofsweden.com on PS 1.6.0.8 Since a couple of days I am experiencing a strange problem: Once a client wants to buy something and starts the registration process the page turns white. It happens when the person has selected a product and wants to check out. The person introduces its email and presses "Creating an account". So far so good, but when thereafter the address is introduced and when now the client clicks on the green "register" button, the page turns white (and this URL is shown in the browser URL field: https://www.kingsofsweden.com/en/login). The client will be registered and receives an email, but he cant go aheat and make the payment at this stage - what is annoing!!!! I checked already on the hosting side if the server is running fine (and it is!) as well as I checked if the php is running low on memory (but it isn´t). So, what can be wrong????? Does anybodu has an idea? I am grateful for help and comments! Best regards, Tom

Hi! I am running Prestashop 1.608 with the default shop www.kingsofsweden.com and two assigned multi-shops: "marx-design.com" and "http://scandinavian-soul.com". Today I received my first order an scandinavian-soul.com but when I klick on this order in the dashboard a very long error message appears on a red background (see below). The order amount is shown but not the ordered products. Is this error related to the "shadow shop" on another domain or does anybody have an idea what else could be wrong? Forgot to say, that I solved the earlier problem by first renaming and than deleting the revslider-modules folder.

Gracias "El Patron!" It was a folder of a module I didn't used anymore "revolutionslider" that caused the error. Now everything loads fine. The only error I get now is that once I will update a product (new text, description, meta data or prices) I get this error after saving it: Table 'kingsofsweden_c.ps_layered_price_index' doesn't exist DELETE FROM `ps_layered_price_index` WHERE `id_product` = 336 AND `id_shop` = 1 Do you have an idea what this might be? Hi! I had to move to a new hosting provider, because the old one didn't support private SSL. Now everything has been copied, the database and the files via FTP and uploaded to the new space. We even updated the settings for the connection between files and database. Hi! I got a VAT problem: My company is based in Sweden; I configured the different VAT % (called Moms); Swedish/EU tax law requires me to charge tax to all buyers from EU countries - as well from Swedish buyers; There is only one exeption: if a company outside of Sweden can provide a valid and active international tax registration number. What happens is, that my shop is showing the prices excl. VAT (even if I select "Tax included" on "Price display method" in customers/groups/customers,visitors,guests). Once I select "Tax excluded", the tax displays right INCLUDED. So there must be a trasnlation error I presume?!?!?. BUT: when the customer proceedes with the order and wants to check out, at the final step before paying, the prices are displayed again excluded Tax....!!!! Anybody knows what is wrong?
