  1. My apologies, Its 1.6.1.4 with eGrove Prestashop Admin Order Management Module
  2. In the back office you can create an order on a customers behalf using eGrove Prestashop Admin Order Management Module, by clicking the customer, then clicking "Make order for this Customer" (Attachment 1) and it redirects you to the front office, logged in as that customer without the need for the password. I need the "Make an order for this customer" button to be made available in the new order search results on each customer card, as in (attachment 2). Is this possible? and how?

  4. These are the changes im looking to have made on the back office new order page: 1. When adding a qty other than 1, the qty needs to reset to 1 after adding a product 2. Currency and language options removed 3. in the cart, the qty adjuster to be made bigger (to be used on a tablet) 4. the default displayed payment and status to be changed 5. I use a bookmarked products module, that on the front office has add to cart buttons next to each product, it would be good to have these displayed on the B.O ordering page. Im looking for a fixed price offer, no hourly rates please.
  5. Im looking for someone or a company to make some modifications to the back office ordering page. Please PM me for more info
  6. I have created a catalogue price rule to give a 5% discount on a product category only to customers of a group called 5% The discount only shows up if that customer has their default customer group set to 5%. How can I make the discount apply if the customer is just a member of the 5% group and has another customer group as default?
  7. I am wondering if any of these issues I have can be easilly fixed? When creating a new order from the Back Office: 1. When searching for a product, in the product drop down box, the prices include tax, how do i show them without tax? once it is added to the cart it is displayed without tax. 2. How do I make the Qty reset to 1 after adding a product? for example if I add 5 of a product the qty stays at 5 for the next product. 3.How can I change the default displayed order status and payment method? Thanks in advance!
  8. My Reps are really not the brightest of people, and I need the ordering process as simple as possible. I also use a modified bookmark module that doubles up as regular item shopping list that makes it much faster for anyone to place an order...
  9. For anyone interested, I have a workaround for this: I have created individual accounts for each customer, then on a Windows 10 tablet, created a user profile in chrome for each account, with my store logged in and set as the homepage for each account, and a folder on the desktop with a Chrome user profile icon for each customer.
  10. I'm toying with an idea and I´m not sure if it would be possible. Our company supplies drink products to bars and restaurants, normally a sales representative would visit the customer to take their order and they then pass the order to our office for processing. Some customers use our Prestashop store to place orders directly to the office. What im looking for is a way for the sales reps to use the Prestashop store to place their customers orders for them, Ideally the sales rep would have a single login, then an option to choose the customer they wish to place an order. Each customer has specific pricing so this would have to be reflected too. The only way I see to make this work is to create an account with a unique email for each customer, and the sales rep would have to logout and login for each customer they visit. Anyone here have any ideas how to make this work?
  11. So I have this problem. Customer adds items to cart, the checks out. with either a credit card module or paypal, it accepts the payment, but when returning to the shop the items are still in the cart and no order is created. Please Help! PS 1.6.0.9
  12. I have many customers who pay on a 7, 15 or 30 day invoice. They have multiple orders through prestashop, combined into one invoice in my ERP software. I use a custom invoice module to upload the invoices from the ERP to Prestashop. is there any module that can list all of the customers invoices, along with a link to pay the invoice, either fully or in part, by credit card or paypal?
  13. I have a nearly complete site, but I need some small changes to be made to visual elements, and the site performance improved (low score on GTMetrix, Specify image dimensions and other problems) You must be experienced, have good rates, and have some example work for me to see. Further jobs for the right person. Please message me for more details.
