Hi. I got the same problem too. Did you continue to have the same problem? I did what you did, which was delete those dummy orders to fix them. I think the deleting from the database did not do anything because sometimes out of no where a customer order would pop up in a new customer sign up. After setting up Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and running the shop live, customers started to get mixed orders from a specific date that I created dummy orders. Basically, the dummy orders were a bunch of emails I created to pretend to be real customers. Those orders started to show up in new customer sign ups. This really sucks as it has taken 3 months to build this Prestashop site and I don't understand why this is happening. Any suggestion or help? (Other than start over)

My category blocks show up differently on Internet Explorer than FireFox. In Internet Explorer, the Subcategory plus (+) symbol is not filled in. It is transparent. Note: using Internet Explorer 9.0, so maybe the old browser is the issue? Any help would be good. Thank you. Dave.

Hello everyone. Specs: Prestashop 1.5.6 Website: https://www.toyessentials.net/eShop Another issue came up today when I added any 1 item to the shopping cart and can't update the shipping cost. When I go to the Shopping cart summary or checkout and increase the quantity value from 1 to 2, the "Update Cart" and "Estimate Shopping Cart" buttons don't work unless I refresh the entire page. What can I do to resolve this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Note: I did customize the carrier section myself matching weights and shipping carriers. So, the zip code and state function becomes useless. You can literally type any 5 digits in the zip code and my shipping will still work because it is based on weight, not location. Hello everyone! specs: Prestashop 1.5.6 website: https://www.toyessentials.net/eShop Here is another problem I ran into when adding products and using the Products Combination Generator. The weight of the these generated products is not recognized at the shopping cart. If you search item#: 76803-Green in the search bar you will see Green army men with 4 options: 50, 100, 500, and 1000 pieces. The weight goes from 1 pound, 2 pounds, 4 pounds, and 7 pounds. (Note: I customized the entire carrier section. It works because I tested on single items and the weight conditions work based on the criterias I have set.) If I add the 1000 pieces into the shopping cart and update the shipping, it displays all the carriers and even the weight conditions that were not met. (Another problem related is the Shipping State and Zip Code function is useless. because the shipping carrier is all based on weight and not location) Any idea to get the shopping cart to recognize the weight of the combination generated items? Hello there. I should have thought twice before resetting the featured home products. After I reset it, the whole module disappeared from my home page. I am running PrestaShop 1.5.6 Website is www.toyessentials.net/eShop What happened and what can I do to get the featured home products module back on my homepage. Thank you for all your help. Edit: 1) Already cleared cache via -->advance parameters > performance tab. 2) Also installed the newest module version Featured Products on Home Page v.1.4 from 1.3. I did notice in v.1.3 the css, tpl, php files were all in the module/homefeatured folder, but in v.1.4, the css file was in a css folder and the tpl was in a "views" folder. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

So I want to create something similar to the grid box with the borders for the items in the Best Sellers Block. So something like the picture below. Yes, I want to increase width of center column without removing left or right column. If the center column is like 575 px and I increase to 600, I am assuming that the left or right columns get shifted. How would I maintain the integrity of the columns while increasing the center column width? Thank you.
