I am using Safari 7.0.6 on an apple mac. I have tried Firefox 31.0 on the same computer & problem is the same. I have just tested Internet Explorer 8.0.6 on Windows XP (Im running this using VMware virtual installation on the same Macbook computer). I have put screenshots on dropbox at this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/y2di6h49khwjkpm/AAD5EBFLBoOPiwzxgpre3T4ra?dl=0 Screenshot1 - my test site using Safari Screenshot2 - prestashop demo site using Safari Screenshot3 - prestashop demo site using Safari (window is minimum width & shows active area almost lining up properly but still floating to the right) Screenshot4 - prestashop demo site using Firefox Screenshot5 - prestashop demo site using IE on windows XP (this is the only one that doesn't have the problem) The blue box in the screenshots 1-4 is the area you need to click inside to attach a file, this area seems to float to the right side of the page.

The problem is also happening on the Prestashop demo site at: http://demo.prestashop.com/en/?view=front Just make your browser window narrower until when the Message box drops below the button fields. When the window is at its widest width (with the Message box still below the button fields) - then try to click on the Attach File button. It doesn't work, but if you click on the right side of the page across from it in the blank area then it works. If I could paste a screenshot on here I could show you the problem, but I can't figure out how you upload images to this forum.

Thanks for your quick reply. It doesn't work when the screen width is wider than minimum, but before the message box wraps to besides the buttons. The field that you click on seems to float right, I can see it using the web inspector in Safari. How do I upload screenshot images to this forum? I have images that show the problem clearly on the Prestashop demo site as well as on my site. My site is at: http://tota.co.nz/prestashop/contact-us Thanks.

The Contact Us page field: "Attach File" does not work on the default Prestashop 1.6 store when you make the window narrow enough for the "message" box to drop below this field. I have found the active area you click on to "Attach File" is on the right side of the page but can't be seen, so when you click over in the white space on the right side of the page then the window appears for you to select a file to attach, clicking on the drop down or button does nothing. Is this a known issue? Anyone know how I can fix this?
