  1. Hello I am looking for a simple way for my customers to pick sizes for their products. The Prestashop default is a drop-down menu. However, I would like a small table with buttons that show all sizes without having to click first. Like this: Here customer sees all sizes in an instant, and he/she also easier notices which sizes are in stock for the product and which ones are NOT. Is there anything like this available on the market as a plugin? Thanks!
  2. Hello I "solved" this by making tons of combinations with different extra costs. For example: Small +$10, Small +$12 Medium +$10, Medium +$12 etc. Then manually inserting the added shipping price for each combination. Insane hassle for what should be a simple fix. The worst thing is that this gives me trouble for example in the category sidebar when customer can sort by sizes. Instead of just having four combinations for S,M,L and XL, there are now dozens of combinations of each with different prices. Dont know how to avoid that for now.
  3. Thanks for trying to help me out, Maria. Really appreciate it. Here is the error screen: http://screencast.com/t/U94PWr58vo6 Did a fresh re-install of SM, newest version, but still same error.
  4. Thank you guys for your answers. Unfortunately only getting error message when I import to Store Manager. "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed." Here is the file I am trying to import: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cpxh4aba7kqyed4/products_xls.xls?dl=0
  5. Hello I am creating my first Prestashop store, and I will have approximately 1000 products that I need to add. I have tried a few so far, and its taking me way too much time. The dashboard option is woeful. Need to click on 10 separate tabs to get ONE product uploaded. I bought Store Manager, but adding products like this also involves going into a lot of different tabs to upload information. I have tried with CSV, but things like upload image, combinations, quantity per combination etc. still has to be done in either Dashboard or Store Manager. Maybe I am doing it wrong? Is there any ONE PAGE add product module out there, that covers ALL of the following? - Product name - Category - Reference - Description - Meta title/description/keywords - Combinations - Quantity per combination - Price impact per combination - Foreign language product name/description - Upload product images option Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks
  6. Hello I am building an international store that will charge shipping per product. In some cases, small will cost less than medium, medium less than large etc. What is the most efficient way to add extra shipping cost per product/size? This is how I do it now: 1. Add product 2. Generate combinations (S, M, L, XL) 3. Manually insert impact on price for S, M, L, XL This works fine, EXCEPT that I need generate new combinations EVERY time there is a different shipping price. Also, this system only works for one currency as the text in the dropdown menu is not dynamic. Is there a way to make IMPACT ON PRICE dynamic in the drop down menu so the customer automatically sees the added cost for S, M, L and XL that I have inserted into the system? For example, I have S, M, L, XL combinations that say: Small (+$xx shipping) Medium (+$xx shipping) Large (+$xx shipping) X-Large (+$xx shipping) When I insert impact on price, then XX updates without me having to generate different combinations. Also, for Euro site it would be like this: Small (+€xx shipping) Medium (+€xx shipping) Large (+€xx shipping) X-Large (+€xx shipping) xx is the equivalent euro sum after converting from main currency, USD. It will be way too time consuming to 1) add products 2) impact on price for each size 3) add combinations for each size and language/currency Please contact me if you think you can help with this issue. Mention TIME FRAME and TOTAL COST for this small fix. Thanks in advance

  8. I changed host from Godaddy to Hostgator and they took care of this problem in no time.
  9. Hello I want an easy returns solution for my customers. I have RMA activated with 25 days limit for returns after delivery. When a customer wants to return, he creates a RMA slip, but then has to WAIT for me to change status from "Waiting for confirmation" to "Waiting for product". Is there any way to make the returns slip PDF show once the return request has been initiated? I guess the easy fix for this would be to set the default status of a return to "Waiting for product" from the beginning (given that customer has taken less than 25 days to initiate process). Any help? Thanks
  10. Hello I started working on my new shop two weeks ago and wanted to launch my new store September 1, but all I have done is struggled with Go Daddy problems and extremely slow site speed on my new Prestashop installation. If its not a max_input_vars problem, then its something else going wrong, like an anti-hacking feature that blocks me from working on my site. Also, my site loads in like 26 seconds. Go Daddy claims its because of a lot of pictures in my theme (which is true), but then why is my back-end dashboard extremely slow too? Any recommendations of a good hosting provider where I can run my Prestashop smoothly and fast with no issues?
  11. Thanks for your suggestion. I did change false -> true but still 404 Page cannot be found shows up. Here is my code: /* Debug only */ if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); /* Compatibility warning */ define('_PS_DISPLAY_COMPATIBILITY_WARNING_', false); if (_PS_MODE_DEV_) { @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); @error_reporting(E_ALL | E_STRICT); define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', true); } else { @ini_set('display_errors', 'off'); define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', false); }
  12. I have newest Prestashop installed on my Go Daddy domain/hosting. The problem is when I try to translate modules. First, I changed php.ini to “max_input_vars = 10000;” to be able to see translations. BUT, when I click "Save" or "Save and stay", then I am taken straight to 404 Page not found! http://awesomescreenshot.com/05b3by2kd8 What is wrong here?
  13. Hello I have Paypal Pro (registered in the U.S.) with the newest Prestashop version installed. Using this plugin to make Paypal Pro work. I have my webshop in Swedish Kroner (SEK), which is one of the 26 currencies supported by Paypal Pro. Unfortunately, when a customer tries to pay for an item in SEK, this message shows up: There was an error processing your payment Details: This transaction cannot be processed due to an unsupported currency. I contacted Paypal, and they blame it on the configurations in Prestashop. I also contacted the people who made the module I linked to above, and they say SEK might not be supported by Paypal Pro. I dont know what to do here. I depend on charging my customers ON SITE with credit cards and in non-USD currency. My test customer bought an item successfully when I put "currency conversion" on inside Paypal, but then the sale is recorded in USD in backoffice. I need my customers to receive payment confirmation with the currency they actually paid in! Any fixes to this? Where does the problem come from? Thank you
