Ok I solved the problem on my site. The filpermissions on the directory modules/paypal was changed. Just switch it back to 755 and everything should work again. At least it did on my site.

After the update to the latest version of prestashop. I'm encountering the same problem. Anyone got a solution? Tried to reinstall the paypal module but to no avail thnx for tips to solve this
