Hi Where do i change the store address details that are shown through this shortcode in email templates?

Hi Is it possible to have a different address on the packing slip in PS 1.6? It is used for customers as return slip but it needs to go to a different address. Thanks

Hi when a user already has an address they can change it later... when they do, instead of 1 phone number there are 2 phone number fields (home & mobile) and there is a field for additional info. i would like to remove (or comment out) the 2nd phone field and maybe change the position of the additional info field. What template would i need to change? also address.tpl

Hi The popup only appears when sending an order... not before... if you are interested seeing it, you could order something without creating account and just not proceed after selecting a payment option and sending the order ;-)

pop-up issue : i meant the popup that appears saying the order will be sent over an insecure connection ssl certificate has had no issues before (we recently installed a payment module upgrade from buckaroo... could such a thing also cause this issue?

I will try that... would you suggest backing up the site before doing that or is this not a big deal? and would i need to clear cache and force compile?

we have not experienced the popup issue on sending the order untill recently a new module of the payment provider was released and installed... could that be causing it also?

Hi I have a SSL certificate (ev) on this site: www.wearforlove.com i have the default setting in Prestashop: 1.6.0.6 SSL activation = on Force using SSL on all pages = off "Raise"? shop security = on when a client is ordering something and the get to the point where they have to select a payment option and send the order they get the message that it will be sent over an unsecured connection... what could cause this issue? Hallo allen Om e.e.a. reden werkt de tracking url voor postnl in verzendmethodes niet meer (PS 1.6) Nu heb ik: http://www.postnlpakketten.nl/klantenservice/tracktrace/basicsearch.aspx?lang=nl&B=@ Deze vult dus de tracking code in maar geen postcode... als een klant op de link in zijn bevestiging klikt krijgen ze ook een andere link te zien: https://jouw.postnl.nl/#!/track-en-trace/ zonder ingevulde gegevens. Weet iemand hoe die url in ps zou moeten zijn om zowel naar de juiste link te gaan als ook de postcode en tracking automatisch in te vullen? Thanks

Hi We use PS 1.6.06 Google analytics module is installed and working (with a slightly adjusted php script by theme designer, because original module didn't work) How do i get the proper funnel to set up in google analytics goals so i can get goal conversions? for the regular steps from cart to payment it won't be too hard because the steps are in the url, but what about order confirmation page (which would be the page that would be the goal i presume?) Seems that it is different for different payment options (although these are all throu same PSP) Hope someone can help me out Cheers

I enabled the latest release of google analytics addon by prestashop store is 1.6.0.6 the analytics code is in footer and it registers clients that are online, but for some reason it does not register sales in analitics e-commerce... all values stay 0.00 what could be wrong? Here's the site
