i`m getting 500 internal error on my website after adding php_flag max_input_vars 4000 to htacces . where shall i add it in the document at the bottom top middle ? http://pastebin.com/3h3kxARA my htacces. after what line is indicate?

i bought shared hosting from godaddy installed prestashop 1.6 tried to use different languages and didn;t work bcz max input vars = 1000 at godaddy. i spoke with them not possible to change that on shared hosting. anyone know where i can buy a shared hosting account that is compatible with PS 1.6

Your PHP configuration limits the maximum number of fields allowed in a form: 1000 for max_input_vars. Please ask your hosting provider to increase this limit to 3018 at least, or you will have to edit the translation files. i alrdy call godaddy they told me not possible to change that bcz its on a shared account (linux us). i also read alot on the net to upload in the root directory a php5.ini . but my its named php.ini and also the link differs they have a personal link to php5 instead me i have directly /usr/local/lib/php.ini . can anyone help me please?
