  1. Hi Godaddy support, Thanks for the announcement in this forum and appreciating the fact that atleast now Godaddy realised that there is an issue with their hosting, but we need solution. If there is no solution, pls let us know so that we can plan migration to other hosting providers. We have already lost 3 weeks in making you understand the issue and cannot wait another 2-3 weeks for a solution. I had hoped you would find a solution pretty quick given all the feed back in the forum. Regards
  2. It was the same case for me as well and the person who spoke to me on the other day has not responded to the mails that I sent after the call. Its quite clear that GO Daddy do not care economy hosting plans where in it works nicely in other hosting services. Its better to move to other hosting than waiting for a solution here that too non supported Prestashop hosting platform. I have seen all reviews and comments and it looks like IN MOTION HOSTING is the better one in terms of support and global visibility. Can someone clearly let me know 1. How much money I will loose when I make a switch. I had paid for domain name, hosting, email and SSL for an extended Year just 2 weeks back ? 2. What risks are involed in the movement ? 3. Any helpful links which gives all the information on moving from Go DADDY to IN MOTION hosting
  3. If we are to switch to a different hosting provider, what happens to the amount that we might have paid to Godaddy !!!. Is that lost then . Just 2 weeks back I had extended by a year with Godaddy for both hosting and SSL.
  4. I started talking to Godaddy yesterday and let them know that something has changed on their environment even though they kept saying they do not support 3rd party apps like Prestashop. They have advised me to send mails to [email protected] so that they know this problem exists with several ajax requests to server. You will get a ticket in reply as sell.
  5. I have also been experiencing this for the past 3 weeks now. First I thought Prestashop issue. After reading the threads, its clear that it is due to Godaddy has changed something on their shared servers due to security reasons. We need to collectively start complaining on this and GOdaddy might come up with a solution.
  6. If there is no straight solution, can someone suggest me a good module to purchase

  8. Hello All, Recently I observed that in my Prestashop 1.5.6 version TinyMCE disappeared in all Products, Categories and CMS modules. 9. Hello This is my first question in PS forum for which I need help. I have started an organic food store where we have food products having weight which costs extra for shipping even at Rs. 500 value. Keeping this in mind, I wanna have restrictions based on both total price and weight Business Function For orders less than Rs.499 shipping is Rs 50. All orders above Rs.499 are FREE Shipping, but given that they are less than 1 kg For Food products, all items above 1 kg an additional Rs 40 for every 1000 gms is charged additional. Is there a way which I can do using PS configuration. Thanks for your help PS: I have already implemented shipping charges for orders < Rs. 499 and Free shipping for orders > Rs. 499 using the Total Price configuration in Prestashop
