I need to make changes in script to change the order of products.

Well for order, we need to change order of field used in database table query to pull the products.

Just 450 products and you are facing issue in import. Please check the server configurations, it will be fix asap. If not then let me know.

Check file and folder permissions..

AdminTab is for adding new menu tab in admin section. If you are creating your new admin controller in module then you need to extend ModuleAdminController.

You would need extra efforts to solve this issue, some sort of hooks may be.
