  2. No, not cloud. Just trying to find a solution to this problem. there is a number of similar threads with the same or similar issue but none seen to have the solution.
  3. A bit of added info on the above when right click view source on the front web page this is where it is directed to retrieve the image from <a class="product_img_link" href=http://www.mysite.com/cases/9-cooler-master.html" rel="http://www.mysite.com/cases/9-cooler-master.html"> Now the image is actually located at http://www.mysite.com/img/2/5/25-home_default.jpg. note the "cases" directory does not exist as a folder on my server.
  4. I Have a clean install of 1.6.0.14 running the default theme(bootstrap). In the front office the product pictures are not showing up, just question marks. All other picture are working. I have tried regenerating the picture in preferences/images. Does not solve the problem I can also load the pictures by typing in the location in the url. The only thing I can see as being the problem is the code retrieving the image This I why I'm asking which file the code is in and where it is located.
  5. yes I can access either way the issue I'm having is with the front office retrieving the image. all I get is question marks where I should have images. the back office works fine.
  6. Also have image issues prestashop version: 1.6.0.14 Theme: default-bootstrap tried regenerating images tried changing permissions as above Can load images file direct in browser, but front office is not retrieving the images eg. http://xxx.net.au/img/p/2/4/24.jp I have no images in front office at all, just question marks. Back office has all images Clean install with no addons, new database (straight out of the box). Any help would be much appreciated
  7. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted(tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /hermes/bosnaweb12a/b820/ipg.***Mysite***/presta/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_compile_extends.php on line 65 [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file: /hermes/bosnaweb12a/b820/ipg.***Mysite***/presta/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_compile_extends.php: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes. This was the error reported. Found Rocky's solution of the PHP.INI file in both root directory and admin. Still had same problem. Found madimax code to insert into config/config.ini.php file ini_set('memory_limit','256M'); Problem solved with combination of both.
  8. I have just installed prestashop 1.6.0.1.3. Every time I click on the modules Tab in the back office I get the message "http 500 Internal Server Error". I am able to access modules to configure them via other tabs for example, Preference/theme/themeconfiguration But not through the modules tab.
