I have a custom theme, but I can also see on the original theme, that in the footer together with the shop name is the location or country PrestaShop France. Also in contact form and others… shopname and country. I have Austria, because is in the settings. But I don't want that. Is it possible to remove? Thanks

Using Nt Restoration for Prestashop module, which is a backup and restore for Presta. I'm getting: Error while restoring files, tar file truncated. I have replaced the tar files in public_html/tools/tar/ but makes no difference, also changed the value of Archive_Tar.php to permission 777 Using Presta 1.6.18 and can't use the shop right now. Neu aufsetzen bedeutet für Dummies, Backup in Presta und MySQL, sowie ganze Inhalte per FTP? Dann auf Server löschen und neu drauf spielen… sorry

Smarty Cache manuell löschen hat nichts gebracht, leider Abmahnungen in Österreich gibt es auch, nämlich von deutscher Seite. Weil ich ja nach Deutschland senden könnte... Reine Abzocke. Hab ein bisschen nachgebessert auf der Seite. Danke für den Hinweis. EU-legal funktioniert aber noch nicht hundertprozentig. Bin deshalb auf 1.6.0.8 zurück

Ich habe das Template: default-bootstrap version 1.0 in dem sind Demo-Artikel drin. Diese habe ich durch meine Artikel ersetzt und alle Demo-Artikel gelöscht. Leider weiß ich nicht was mit unten rechts gemeint ist, da ich nur oben geschrieben habe. Die Artikel erscheinen in der aktuellen Bestellbestätigung, die Demo habe ich schon vor einem Monat gelöscht. Es erscheinen in der Bestellbestätigung Fantasieartikel, welche nicht bestellt wurden. In der PayPal-Übersicht sind diese richtig. Meine Seite ist: www.fasterbikes.eu Und wenn jemand z.B. einen Motor bestellt, dann sind noch 2-5 Artikel zusätzlich auf Rechnung und Bestellbestätigung (siehe Bild oben). Der Gesamtbetrag stimmt aber wieder…

Übernommen: So wie es war, Standard Theme und all die dazu gehörenden Kleidungsstücke… Welche ja gelöscht wurden, unter Katalog->Artikel->angewählt->löschen 1.6.0.9 ist ein update seit heute war auch schon bei 1.6.0.8 so… Update über 1-click Smarty Cache steht auf: Templates nach Datei-Änderungen neu kompilieren und ganz unten Cache verwenden->nein Ganz oben rechts->Cache geleert Und es kommen wieder Phantomartikel auf der Rechnung… und Rechnungsdatum ist 14.4., Bestelldatum 1.8.

Ich habe das Origanal-Theme von Presta übernommen und es erscheinen bei jeder Bestellung in der Rechnung die alten Artikel, obwohl diese im Shop gar nicht mehr existieren. Die Artikel wurden gelöscht, es sind aber noch die Preise ersichtlich. Der Gesamtbetrag ist richtig. Ich hänge mal ein Foto dran. Außerdem seh ich im Backoffice bei jeder Bestellung des Status: Scheckzahlung wird erwartet oder Fehler bei der Bezahlung 24.03.2014 16:11:41, Datum und Uhrzeit ist überall die selbe Fällt euch dazu was ein? The reason for the lost Login data was a simple one… I have changed the mail Email adress in the standard settings. This resulted in the change of the Login data too. For me it is a different setting and I wasn't thinking about this. Thank you for your support

Last night I worked on Prestahop (Back Office Interface) and this morning I could not log in anymore. Have tried different browsers, empty the cache and the answer is always: There are 1 errors - employees account does not exist, or bad password When I go to forgot password is: This account does not exist Unfortunately I've also no alternative login ... I'm sure 99.99% to have changed nothing and that the login credentials are correct. Also I have not changed within FTP. The only thing I suspect that my hoster what has changed. Use 1&1 Clickandbuilds (automatic installation of Presta) in free mode. I'm using PrestaShop ™ 1.6.0.5 and the website is www.fasterbikes.eu I'm using the default theme I'm not a professional, explanation please for Dummies: wacko: Can someone tell me where I can look what me? Gestern Abend habe ich noch am Prestahop gearbeitet (Backoffice Interface) und heute früh konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Habe verschiedene Browser ausprobiert und die Antwort ist immer: Es sind 1 Fehler - Mitarbeiter-Konto nicht vorhanden oder falsches Kennwort Gehe ich auf Passwort vergessen kommt: Dieses Konto ist nicht vorhanden Leider habe ich auch keinen alternativen Anmeldenamen… Ich bin mir zu 99,99% sicher, nichts geändert zu haben und daß die Login Daten richtig sind. Auch habe ich nichts innerhalb von FTP geändert. Das einzige, was ich vermute, daß mein Hoster was geändert hat. Verwende 1&1 Clickandbuilds (automatische Installation von Presta) im Free Modus. Ich verwende PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.5 und die Webseite ist www.fasterbikes.eu Ich verwende das Standard-Theme Bin kein Profi, Erklärung bitte für Dummies Kann mir jemand sagen, wo ich was nachschauen kann? Oder kann ich etwas zurücksetzen, oder? Danke
