  1. Couldn't install that free GA - says not compatible with my version of prestashop. Was worth a try.
  2. Thank you! I'll give it a try. As for the code, there is an option is Google Analytics that it can scan you website to confirm the code has been installed properly. Usually you don't need to wait 48h to confirm the code is functional. Seems I had the code on the properly but notice Prestashop gave me a error 500 on loop back from Paypal. Something so simple is so complicated.
  3. Hi - Anyone have any insight on how to install the GA4 code on Prestashop 1.5.3.1? I installed a contentbox module allow me to add html code to all pages. I added the GA4 code and it show up on the page but Google does not recognize it? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you, Stef
  4. I've applied this fix to PS 1.6.1.17 this morning and it seems to be working well! THANK YOU!. My only issue is that I'm using a template with a TM Product Video and can't seem to find where the template file is located to apply the fix. Stef
  5. This fix doesn't seem to work anymore... sadly?
  6. Awesome! I'm glad that it resolved the issue for you! Cheers! Stef
  7. Hey, I've been tracking the same problem for a few days. I just applied this fix to my prestashop 1.7.3.1 and it seems to have revolved the issue. https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/8948/files Cheers, Stef
  8. I just notice that I have the same issue running 1.7.2.4. (UPDATE) I've noticed after exploring a little that the problem seems to be with the 3rd part template I'm using. When I switch over to the "classic" template, the page refreshed automatically when the combination is changed. Found this: https://github.com/PrestaShop/StarterTheme/issues/123
  9. That's great news! Yes, please keep me posted. Right now I'm using a template that has uses the JXFilter. Unfortunately you can't add more than one single value per product. That doesn't work for me as tires can fit on multiple makes and models. Thank you, S.
  10. Hi, I'm trying to find a search bar solution that would allow a client to select from a few drop down filter option, then based off their selection send the value as a search query to my prestashop website. Example, client selects 1) Toyota 2) Camery 3) 2012 from a drop down. On submit, the application would then populate the URL bar with the following value: http://atvpartsonline.ca/atvp2018f/en/jxsearch?search_categories=2&search_query=toyota+camery+2012&jx_submit_search= Seems quite simple but I can't seem to find a Prestashop plugin that can do this task. Thank you, Steven
  11. Thank you for the reply! I've actually found the problem. I had included some characters that I guess the prestashop didn't like. Once I removed the "!" from my added text, the page loaded up fine. So I'm guessing that you cannot include conflicting operators in the text to be displayed. Thank you!
  12. Hi - I've added a few words to the order history page and when I upload it to the web server, the order history page is blank? When i re-upload the original history.tpl file, everything works again. Any idea's why this is happening? I'm running 1.5.3.1 Thank you! Steven
  13. After further testing - it seems to work fine in Internet explorer but not in Chrome or Firefox? Ummm?
