Hello, I really need help. I installed PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 and everything works fine but I when I click on a product to see the details, it open a white page. I added some product (20-30) and everything worked okay. Then yesterday I added other 3 products and I can't open the single pages of the products anymore. I had this problem before. I disactived and actived some products and everything worked okay again. I also thought that it could be a host problem (sometimes the site is very slow...) I don't know if it can help but in the main page of the BO I have these two red messages (I had them before the product page problem happened, so I don't know if this information is relevant) URL comprensibili Cache & compressione browser Please, help me....I don't know what to do. Sorry for my English. If I wasn't clear enough, let me know and I'll try to explain better. Alice

Scusate, richiedo nuovamente aiuto. Oggi mi si è ripresentato lo stesso problema e il metodo dell'altra volta non ha funzionato. Cliccando sui prodotti carica una pagina bianca. Quale potrebbe essere la causa?

Mmmmh...ho provato a disattivare e riattivare alcuni prodotti e ora funziona tutto :| Mi chiedo cosa sia successo.

Ciao a tutti, per favore aiutatemi! Sto inserendo i prodotti sul mio sito e subito non ho avuto alcun tipo di problema. Ma adesso, cliccando sul prodotto, per visualizzarlo, non carica più la pagina, o meglio, carica una pagina bianca! Dove potrebbe essere l'errore? Non so se c'entra, ma nella prima pagina dell'amministrazione mi da questi messaggi in rosso URL comprensibili Cache & compressione browser Ripeto che non ho avuto questo problema da subito, prima riuscivo a visualizzare i prodotti. Vi prego aiutatemi!
