Tittade in på din hemsida då jag funderat på en opc lösning annat än original. verkar som du återgått till original? var du inte nöjd med modulen? mvh

I can't get the ebay module to work on my site, i can get it to work on my test site.. something must have gone wrong when installed it on my live site... i get a 500 error always after syncing account with ebay just after install... i have uninstalled and deleted the ebay module and also deleted all ps_ebay* things in the database also made sure the folder and files in \ebay\ under modules are gone and deleted and i try to reinstall .. can't get a work around on this one thing is that it seems somewhere something is stuck in the database or somewhere else because i don't belive when i first installed it there was a green V before "4) Please register an eBay business seller account to configure the application" which is now everytime i try to reinstall it... do not want to totally reinstall prestashop and fix everything around it just to get rid of this thing... so where can an ebay setting be hiding that i can delete to make a true fresh reinstall which under modules uninstall and delete might not fix...

If you just installed it i bet it worked just fine.. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PNM-2387?jql=text%20~%20%22paypal%203.7.1%22 there seem to have been a bug that probally is fixed on addons.prestashop.com without giving the software a new software revision.. so don't dismiss this as a user problem that need professional help when the software had issues... but yes your checklist is good to check for problems.. if anyone still have problems and downloaded paypal 3.7.1 a fewdays ago.. test to uninstall plugin. download again from addons.prestashop.com and reinstall.. and you should get a working paypal module

Thanx Vivi, tried that but didn't work at all for me... the quick checkout button in checkout is gone and can't get it back what ever i try, seem to work otherwise but... i really need the quick checkout in checkout... hopefully they will fix this real soon... sadly meanwhile i am making a paralell installation of magento.. starting to get a little bit tired of some of the bugs in prestashop not very pleased at all with prestashop at the moment... if some of the bugs aren't corrected with prestashop 1.6.0.7 that should arrive in a few days i'll probally jump ship....

Paypal europe 3.7.1 update is BROKEN, quick checkout do not appear in Checkout see thread below http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/334286-no-paypal-after-update-paypal-v371/ i just tried to install 3.7.0 and didnt help 3.7.0 worked before update.. WARNING DO NOT INSTALL!!!! it seems some have gotten it to work to fix another admin account.. didn't work for me! Paypal quick checkout do not appear in checkout.... it does appear in products... but kind of anoying not to have it as a quick checkout...

did the misstake myself to install paypal europe 3.7.1 broke my paypal in my store... tried that zip folder listed above.... didnt help.... reinstall uninstall... don't work anyone have a link to the old 3.7.0 version? seriously how can this even happen that they release things that are broken like this... i don't really want to spend 30+ minutes to try to fix something that shouldn't be broken in the begining.....

tried to find a ticket on this on github but couldnt find anything that seemed to cover this..

have you installed the paypal module ?

I have an real anoying problem with my fresh install of prestashop 1.6.0.6 i had this problem so i figured i would just delete my shop, and re install it fresh.. so new database, new install, no old files left at all or anything that should interfer with new install... What ever module i go into and change something, doesn't matter if it is a prestashop module, or a 3rd party module... if i change something and save... exit the module, go back to the module the module configuration shows either the first default settings or an previously edited version... (not the configruation i just saved......) i need to manually make a refresh of all modules in back office ( mouse click, choose reload/refresh in frame where module shows.) then the saved settings appear... i have tried 2 computers, 1 mac, 1 pc tested on mac, safari, firefox... on pc, internet explorer, firefox and a fresh install of google chrome... i have tried to clear all cache on browsers... i have tested all sort of cache settings on prestashop... no cache, cache, force compile... tested acp cache, , smarty this smarty that, manually deleted smarty cache go into cache folder and test to set the only file that didnt have 777 as persmission to 777 doesnt matter what computer i am on.... i have had the writer of the theme i have installed check my backend..he confirmed that he saw the problem but could not relate it to the theme... i have had my webhotels support team check on my server and could not see any cache problem on the server side but also saw the problem on their computer... it is very anoying not to be able to work on the backend without manually refresh all the time.. and also it makes me less secure that prestashop would work good on the front end.. how can i be sure this bug isn't affecting the store for people. sat for several hours trying to get this to work without to manually refresh everything all the time... and if i forget to refresh making some changes to some part of a module and save and alot of other changes get lost because it saves over with some previous configuration... so please can anyone shed some light on this problem, i couldnt find any solution when searching on the forum... .. / daemon

I had a problem with paypal express checkout after update to 1.6.0.6 didnt work at all uninstalled paypal module and reinstalled and it worked for me atleast so incase someone has a problem with express checkout or paypal in general on 1.6.0.6 test to uninstall and reinstall..... worked for me

and could you please tell us how you solved it? i would like to fix this aswell

well sort of solved but, an official update shouldnt really need manual edit of official files.....i bet there will come an update real soon though...

i had the facebook module working before, could it be that before it only needed the "name_of_your_facebook_profile" and now as you pointed out "http://www.facebook.com/name_of_your_facebook_profile" have a vauge feeling it worked before with only profile name... i found another thread ( http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/317166-blockcmsinfo-is-not-working-properly/ ) and that thread someone pointed out that if you delete row 194+195 it works so i went into the modules folder on my server and edited this file modules/blockcmsinfo/blockcmsinfo.php and just deleted those 2 rows 194+195 foreach ($content as $key => $value) $content[$key]['text'] = substr(strip_tags($value['text']), 0, 200); and it works afterwards...

got the facebook module to work by uninstalling it twice but cms block dont work still...
