Hi guys, Did anyone sort this problem out? I have upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 and now i can't see the list of sales like i could in 1.5. I am not good knowledgeable enough to sort this out and I have found a guy to help me once i find out how to solve the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Paul

Hi all, PRESTASHOP 1.6 - EBAY I can't list any items where there are variations i.e. I sell darts. I can create a listing with five different weights 21g, 22g, 23g, 24g, 25g. This listing will not work on eBay but works fine on Prestashop. Under "LIST PRODUCTS" when i click on the tab to the left of the item, it is not shown at the bottom where it shows save and list products. If i create FIVE different listings, one for each weight it works fine. Does anyone have any idea how i can list one item with the different weight variations please? Thanks Paul

Hi, I have already got an eBay shop and I have paid a guy to make a custom design shop which makes the shop look like an eCommerce site. I am planning to use the Prestashop eBay module which will make things easier because the stock control will automatically update the eBay shop. Can anyone advise me if I will lose my custom design shop if I install the Prestashop module. Thanks in advance for any help which will be much appreciated. Paul

Hi, I am using Prestashop 1.5.3.0 and have a shop with 2000 products working fine. I want to upgrade to the new Prestashop 1.6 but I can't import categories, products and customers and I need help. To make sure I can do this before messing with my live site, I have purchased a second domain name which is live. I have installed Prestashop 1.6 and can see it working with their demo items etc. Can someone help me with this and once I have got it working, I can change some of the site to my liking before replacing my live site. I am sorry, I must have come across wrongly, I am not expecting instant replies of free advice, I have contacted three different people and offered to pay but can't get the problem resolved. Thank you very much guys for responding to this post. I was beginning to think there was no-one out there! I am getting a bit despondent as I have spent so much time myself and I have even asked someone else who has Prestashop experience to help and he couldn't do it either. I did however create a new domain name as an experiment so it wouldn't mess up the live site so my live 1.5 site is still going strong. I downloaded a fresh new version of 1.6 but read that there was a problem on the first day so did it again a few days later. I can't import my customers or my categories and products. If there is anyone out there that can do it for me or teach me how to do it, I will gladly pay for your time, I am willing to pay so that isn't the issue. The problem is, it doesn't seem to work! I would love to use the new 1.6 as it look really good and I step in the right direction but definitely need help!!!!

The advertisements say " Prestashop 1.6 is great" All I can see is other people having a partially built site with a few items changed from the pre installed blank templates. Is anyone actually using 1.6 successfully? I have been using 1.5 for the last year and I have spent so much time trying to upgrade to 1.6 I am now giving up! I can't even import my 2000 products or my customers from 1.5 and I am certainly not adding each item again. No replies to my messages on the forum. It's a different platform for me. Hi, I have created a new domain name especially to test the new 1.6 PrestaShop version and once I have it all running smoothly I will then move it over to my main live site. I have downloaded and installed 1.6 and it is working and looks fabulous! I now need to import all previous customers & products from 1.5.3.0. I have created the files and uploaded them to my server, can anyone explain how to import them to 1.6 please? Thank you.

Hi, I have been happily using Prestashop 1.5.3.0 for the last year. I really want to upgrade to 1.6 but can't import any of the customer records, sales records or products. It simply doesn't work! I have set up a domain name as a test so thankfully it hasn't messed up our original site which is still active. After installing 1.6, it appears to be working but can't import any of the records from my original site. Has anyone had similar and did they sort it out please? Thanks Paul
