Que tal me estoy volviendo loco, estoy importando un csv con urls's a imagenes, de gran calidad, pero al importar veo que en la página del producto la imagen es correcta, con calidad, pero luego las home_default y otras que se muestran en los carrouseles son realmenen te muy pequeñas (unos 200 x 200) . Estaré haciendo algo mal? He probado a activar "omitir regeneración de imágenes" a la hora de importar pero tampoco. Me lo importa bien pero en mi web, cuando voy a una categoría salen imagenes pixeladas, a no ser que entre en cada producto. ya no se qué estaré haciendo mal . Tengo la ultima versión de prestashop. gracias a ver si alguno sabe la razón y me pueda ayudar ... yo ya no sé que hacer

tenemos el mismo problema, hace meses compramos el modulo FASYBAY, pagando el correspondiente importe en prestashop addons. a dia de hoy no importa imagenes, y nos dicen que si queremos asistencia que paguemos mas. no puedo estar renovando el pago del modulo cada vez que cambie algo. DESASTROSO!
