  1. Thanks for the nice explaining, i appriciate the efford! I use the Active 0/1 now for products which are out of stock, but will come back later. So it is a solution, only i still have to look for what product i have to delete or not. You gave me an other idea by the way, i think i'll give the products which won't come back anymore a bizar amount of stock (something like 99999 or so). I'll sort those in ps bo and delete the items with that stock. Thanks!
  2. Hi all! I was wondering if it is possible to delete products using the csv. My supplier uses a csv file to update and ad his products, but if a product is out of stock and won't come back again, he deletes it from the csv. So if i do a Vlookup i get the #N/A at the product who don't excists anymore. Is there a simple way in the csv to let those products drop out of the database? So i don't have to delete them by hand? Thanks in advance!
  3. It's finally stopped now. I didn't do anything, but i have recieved more then 1200 e-mails now Thanks for al your help
  4. Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. There might me standing newbie at my name, but I'm pretty experienced with PrestaShop. I have never seen anything like this and I really really don't know how to solve this. Mailbox is counting 400+ right now.
  5. Thanks for your suggestions. I first disabled the option to send mails when a product is out of stock, but that didn't work. Then I disabled the whole module, didn't work either. Now I removed the whole module about a half an hour ago, but the mails keeps on coming.
  6. Hi people! I have a slightly funny problem. I'm sorry in advance for my English. Ps sends me an e-mail when a product is out of stock, just via de PHP mail function. Because of a huge amount of stock was sold in one time (outside the webshop) i changed the stock with a csv file, no problem at all. Only now the fact is that i keep getting e-mails, over 150 mails as i type. And thats not the amount that i putted on 0 stock. It looks like PS is stuck in a loop of those mails. But I cant figure where to find this que... It's not in my own mailbox or something... A quick response is slightly wanted, i think you'll understand that Thanks in advance!
  7. Thanks for your advice. The site is online since yesterday, I have a lot finetuning to do.
  8. Hi guys, As you can see at www.thuisblij.nl, when you hover your mouse at one of the lower categories, de menu what appears hovers over the "root" categories. I rather want it to float underneath it. Has anyone any idea of where to change this? Thanks in advance.
  9. Had to disable the indexing by the layered nav block. Then enable it again and voila, it works. Thanks for the thinking anyways, i appriciate it
  10. Anyone has any idea about the color attributes? I understand it works with others, but i bang my head real hard. [sOLVED] Had to shut down the indexing by the block layered nav. Then enable again and voila...
  11. Now the product color attributes won't work either. They did in the 1.6.0.7 version. Can anyone help? U can find an example here: http://dopey-fashion.nl/hipsters/10028-daily-hipster.html
  12. I hope for you you made a manual backup. If so, just go to your database, make it empty, upload your DB backup. Then upload your manual made FTP backup (override all excisting files) and your problem is solved. If you did not have made an manual backup... concider hiring a it specialist, or start over from scratch.
  13. Hi everyone! I have a problem with the color attributes in PS 1.6.0.8. The color buttons won't show the color attached to it. The links work well and the layered nav block shows the name of the colors with a thickbox, so not the tiles with the colors. The colors will show at the back-end in the attribute list. Anyone has any idea? Excuse me for my bad English A picture of the problem is attached.
  14. Just upgraded to PrestaShop 1.6.0.8. The problem seems to be solved there also. Haven't found any problems in 1.6.0.8 so far.
