  1. A bit late, but here's a free module which works: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/47173-module-list-of-customer-out-of-stock-registrations/
  2. I hope I understood you correctly. I'm on 1.5.6.2 and this would be the configuration under Shipping>Carriers>New etc for what I understood of your requirements. >=0 and <20 = $9.99 for ALL zones >=20 and <29.99 = $11.99 for ALL zones etc. (ignore the values in the screenshot, i wasn't thinking then)
  3. I may be wrong on this, but the mega menu module is usually used by theme developers for the top horizontal menu. In your BO, go to modules tab, click on Modules. Search for "Mega menu" or "megamenu" (both should work). If it's installed and enabled, you should be able to see it and Configure it to add the links you want. Make sure you are searching under all the categories of modules. If it's not there, then I think your best bet is to wait for the developer to get back to you.
  4. Hi all, I have created some cart rules for testing purposes: 1) 10% discount, priority 1 2) $30 discount, priority 5, with partial use enabled. so what happens is when I have an item in cart worth $12, and when I try to apply both cart rules, it shows the first as a -$1.20 and the second as a -$12, as seen in the image. However, the actual value left in the second cart rule is $10.80, as another cart rule was created to reflect the remaining $19.20 value. While the cart rules are working exactly as intended, is it possible to reflect that in the checkout as well? so that I won't be confusing the customers. Thanks in advance.
  5. Was there a guide that came with the theme? Or did you buy the theme off websites like themeforest where people can leave comments for the theme? Maybe you can try combing through the comments to see if anyone offered a solution. But usually it would be like what Paulito said, megamenu module.
  6. I stumbled upon a blog post which kind of addresses your need, except that it appends the address to the invoice which can double up as a packing list too. Here's the link: http://e-shopblog.com/prestashop/how-to-add-a-shipping-label-to-prestashop-pdf-invoice/
  7. Hi, I have enabled the option for customers to register interest for a sold out item and be notified when it is back in stock with the mail alert module. However, for sold out items, the email input and button only shows for items with combinations. Please see attached photos. I would need them to display for all sold out items. Didn't manage to find a thread discussing this and hope someone can point me in the right way. Thanks in advance!
  8. Just wanted to say Ive used this in 1.5.6.2 and it works fine too! Thanks!
  9. Check the codes in line 309 to 317? They look the same as what El Patron pointed out.
  10. I have an issue with this too! On top of the appearance of negative points, there's also the issue of the negative points being permanently in the customer's account. E.g. -Customer gains 10 points from order #1. -Customer cancels order and 2 points is subtracted. -Balance = 10-2=8. -Customer then redeems 8 points. Logically speaking, balance should now be 0. But balance remains -2! I'm guessing that it is because instead of a plus, minus, redeemed points are automatically reduced to 0. So after redeeming 8 points, points from order #1 'resets' and becomes zero and the calculation for the points balance becomes 0-2 = -2. Also, while I understand the subtraction of points for returned goods, the points that are subtracted for cancelled orders seem unnecessary and may be offensive to customers. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
  11. Also looking for the solution to this but making do with the super user module in the meantime. p.s. the super user module works for me. am on 1.5.6.2
  12. Hi, I was testing out the return process and found out that when the merchandise return status is changed, the customer is sent a notification email. However, in the email, for Message, only the tag {message} is shown. (Please see attached image.) How can I edit this message portion? Would like to be able to provide the customer with details on how to go about doing the return or if it was denied, give an explanation on the reason why. Thanks in advance.
  13. The developer has gotten back to me on this issue and mentioned that his theme does not modify check out. Does anyone have a solution to this?
  14. I'll try contacting the developer. Thanks! On a side note, does anyone know if this occurs in the default theme?
  15. It's a third party theme! I have never fiddled around with the default theme before, may I know if this is the case with the default theme as well?
