Hi, I have a problem. I had install the 1.5.6.2 version of prestashop and I have restored a backup of the database I had made in the version 1.5.6.1, which I was using previously. Prestashop installed was working perfectly until the restore of this database in PHPMyAdmin. Then the frontoffice (www.germinandovida.es) gives the next error: "The page is not redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request to this direction in a way that never will end. This problem is sometimes caused by unactive or reject the reception of cookies" (This is a traduction of spanish) And then the next direccion appears in the browser bar: www.germinandovida.es/js/ strange, isn´t it? And the backoffice allows me trying to login but gives me an error of "user doesn´t exist or the password is wrong" And I know both are right because was functioning perfectly until the restoring of database. ¿Some idea? Thank you

Yes I know, but I had a trouble with my old version in the filezilla and I guess it was easier install new version clean and import the database. ¿You know I can do that, or the databases are sustantially differents between versions?

Hi everyone, ¿Can I import (and how) a database made in prestashop 1.5.6.1 version (extension .sql made with phpMyAdmin) in a new shop with Prestashop 1.6?? Because in the back office only appears the .CSV option... Thanks!!!

Hola Feliz, gracias por tu respuesta. Acabo de habilitar el informe de errores que me comentas. No he restaurado la copia de la base de datos, supuse que está en su lugar porque el backoffice me funciona perfectamente y tiene todos los productos. Eso es lo que más me llama la atención, que el back funcione y el front no... ¿Puede tener algo que ver con un archivo llamado .htaccess?

Hola! Estoy usando Prestashop 1.5.6.1, con el tema por defecto solo modificado en el color de algunos menús. La url de la tienda es http://www.germinandovida.es. estaba preparando un entorno de prueba para la version 1.6 en un subdominio de prueba, y por un error borré del servidor en uso los archivos de la carpeta raiz /. (donde está ubicada la tienda) así como la mayoría de los archivos y carpetas de la carpeta admin. Ya imagino vuestra cara. Tiré de una copia de serguridad de los archivos que tenía de hace unas semanas y restauré al servidor los archivos y carpetas borrados, y el resultado es lo que me preocupa. Me entra perfectamente al backoffice pero el front office me da error, en concreto el siguiente: << La página no está redirigiendo adecuadamente Firefox ha detectado que el servidor está redirigiendo la solicitud a esta dirección de una manera en la que nunca terminará. Este problema a veces está causado por desactivar o rechazar la recepción de cookies. >> En la barra de direcciones (lo vereis si tecleais la url) me aparece www.germinandovida.es/js/ No entiendo porqué /js/... ¿Me podeis ayudar?
