  1. Hm... unfortunately it doesn't work properly, it causes an error on the checkout page: Could not save address. I'll look into other solutions and post back.
  2. Next time I'll read more and do more or go more if only I had looked around a bit more I may have spotted it I was focusing on just one or a few lines of code :D Thank you very much for this! Best regards!
  3. Scratch that, I already edited "Phone home" in OPC to be "CNP" (wich is Personal Identification Number) the new law requirement in Romania. Now I need to find a way to have PrestaShop check both fields "Phone" and "Phone Mobile" to be filled upon new user registration. I'm thinking that it's just one line of code and I've already tried something but it didn't work, so... is there someone with some PHP knowledge willing to help ? Thank you!
  4. It may help but I see in the comments section that someone said he uses One Page Checkout and has some issues with the solution presented. I am too using OPC... so I guess I will be running into the same problem. I will do a test tomorrow (too late now) nevertheless, and I'll post back. Thank you for your assistance!
  5. The first/or second phone number will be used for something else. Some current legislation requires a custom field to be added to PS, and I preffer using this for the moment because I believe I will revert back as soon as the legislation will be cancelled (by a petition). Thank you!
  6. Hi guys, can someone help me with this please? I believe it's a simple mod to do but I don't have the technical background to do it Basically what I want to do is have both phone numbers (phone & mobile phone) be required when a new user registers. Thank you!
  7. I've asked the theme author and he can't help me anymore because the theme is "heavily modified" ... Any tips on how I could go about this ? Thank you!
  8. Ok, thank you. I will do that and get back here with an answer. I thought that this would be the case... looking at the theme I could see that it was not created with SEO in mind. Best regards!
  9. Hi! While checking my site for SEO related issued I've found 2 errors using the Google tool. 1. Missing product URL in breadcrumb and 2. Missing value "name" on all products The URL I've used to test is: http://www.mashaboutique.ro/pantaloni-scurti/245-pantaloni-scurti-imprimeu-geometric.html Can someone guide me on how do I fix this? Regarding, no. 1, I've installed Nemo's Google Rich Snippets & Breadcrumbs because without it, there seems to be no breadcrumbs in the custom theme I'm using. Thank you!
  10. Ok, to remove confirmation page on cashondelivery I've used DenisKey's tip ie, I've comented out the following line: if (Tools::getValue('confirm')) in modules/cashondelivery/controllers/front/validation.php And for bankwire I've used Gipielle's, ie change: {$link->getModuleLink('bankwire', 'payment', [], true)} TO {$link->getModuleLink('bankwire', 'validation', [], true)} but instead of: web/modules/bankwire/views/templates/hook/payment.tpl I've edited in: web/themes/*mycustomtheme*/modules/bankwire/views/templates/hook/payment.tpl I've found that during this editing sometimes this would not work, probably because of cache so try recompile cache and clear browser cache at the same time. I'm using PS 1.6.0.9 and OnePageCheckout module. Thank you all for your contribution, especially DenisKey and Gipielle.
  11. Thank you for your contribution! It worked for me too after I've cleared the cache. Happy Happy Happy Holidays ! :) :) :)
  12. Me too with a new 1.6.0.9 setup. I'm starting to question if the file permission issue I had, had something to do with it. Back, I've checked the install packages and it seems that prestashop_1.6.0.1.zip is the last package that had the module „editorial” wich I understand to be the „Home Text Editor”.
  13. Is this a PS „bug” ? I see I'm not the only one? with this situation. I have a new 1.6.0.9 setup, that I did not test before and a new theme. This is the one thing that I have yet to sort out ) amusingly it's „also-kind of” it's name )) wich is Sort by and wich doesn't function properly and by that I mean most of the options don't work and one or two seem to do. If you can help, can you please have a look too ? Thank you EDIT: I should have mentioned that I had some permission issues with the theme wich seem to have been resolved meanwhile
  14. Ok, then can you tell me what are the minimum required fields in order to have a valid import file? Do I need all the fields or I can do with just some of them like: id, status, category, name, price, image. For the moment the file wich I need to correct contains the following. : nume (name); unknownd field (wich looks like the price) moneda (currency); pret site tva inclus (VAT price); poza(image) So it would look like this: Name, Price, Currency, VAT Price, image any other columns required for the CSV to be properly imported ? From what I can tell, I'm missing the category column and I don't know about others/ that's if I don't need all of the columns from sample output. Thank you
  15. Hi and thank you for your answer but I don't quite understand your instructions... I'll recap; I got this file from a vendor (I don't think I can get them to send me the file as CSV) and they said I should import this directly to my site, but the file needs to be properly edited before. I've followed your instructions and I think I have an idea about I need to do, please confirm; So the first thing I need to figure out is how to make Excel (2013) display a sample file as this : and not as it is currently displaying: After I fix this I guess I can follow the example from the exported sample and apply that to the file I need to import, am I right ? Thank you
