  1. In Prestashop 1.6, using Warehouse theme by Iqit, I had no problem updating the logo of my store. It worked perfect, Now, in 1.7, using Warehouse theme by Iqit, I have tried everything and my logo will not update. Can somebody please help me? Also, I can only get one module to show up in my "displayleftcolumnproduct" position (everything seems to work fine in my "displayrightcolumnproduct" position. Can't see how these would be related, but thought I'd throw that info out there just in case someone sees a correlation. Lane
  2. This apparently was a bad topic due to the lack of response. How do I close this topic, or does it just stay open?
  3. Seems to be working if I limit the number of items on my CVS import file to about 25 rows or less. But that's still not a perfect solution - I have to import over a thousand products and now I have to break my main import CSV file down into a lot of smaller csv files - very time consuming to say least. Lane
  4. I updated to 1.6.1.4 and I am now missing the ability to pull up or print a PDF directly from the Orders page. The pdf icons are missing and there's simple nothing in that column. Any ideas? I've attached a screen shot. Lane
  5. I'm using the newest - 1.6.1.4 Yes, I use it like I always have - it simply doesn't import. I've attached a screenshot - where it says "Unit for the Unit Price", I previous said "Unit Price Ratio" I think. I simply doesn't import that field anymore and I have to manually put in the Unit Measurement. Lane
  6. We are a wholesale site and we only sell to Resellers (everything is sold in case packs or in preset floor displays. Weekly, we do CSV imports on our products. There used to be a column called "unit ratio" - in the newest update which shows our customer the cost per each item in that casepack. I've noticed, when I do my CSV import, that this column is now named "Unit for the unit price", which I'm guessing is the same thing. But, our CSV import no longer imports our "unit price" leaving a nice big white blank spot where it used to say "Price per Each = ?". We can manually put them in but that is really time consuming and it was much easier in the previous Prestashop version to use the CSV import. BTW: I'm importing the exact same as I always have, other than just seeing that name replace with "Unit for the unit price" and it appears that everything else imports except for that one "unit for the unit price" column. Please help as we use this import CSV feature constantly. Lane Butz
  7. My site has about 150 items that I have set up as sale items, so I created a Catalog Rule a few months ago that gives 40% OFF any of our "Hot Buy" items. We now want to offer (via promo code) 40% OFF everything in our store to customers on our email list. I've created a Cart Rule with a promo code that we will use in our next constant contact email blast. The problem I'm having (and I'm sure I can't be the only one with this problem) is this . . . I can't the cart rule to override the catalog rule. It's wanting to take 40% off for the any of our Hot Buy items AND it applies another 40% on top of that when it applies the 40% Promocode. I can't see Hot Buys for 80% OFF. How do I tell a Cart Rule to "not combine" with a Catalog Price Rule? Lane
  8. Hello, I have about 800 items on my store. Most of my items fall into multiple categories. Ive created about 35 categories all together. One of those categories is called "Hot Buys" to which I have about 140 items associated. BUT when I'm in the back office on the products page and try to put in "Hot Buys" or the "128" number associated with that category, it only pulls up a single item in the search results. Like I said, I have about 140 items that are associated with "128", which I've named "Hot Buys" but it doesn't seem to matter. I only get a single item in the search result. Any ideas on how to get all of my itmes within that category to actually show? Lane
  9. I have a store with about 700 items. about 60 of those items have been categorized as "Hot Buys". So, I set up a catalog price rule to give customers a 40% discount on any "Hot Buy" item - and that seems to work fine. BUT, we are also running a promotion to knock off 20% off an order for customers that haven't ordered in over a year. So, I set that promotion up as a Cart Rule so i could create a Voucher for those customers. The problem is, when those customers use their voucher code, it pulls 20% off the entire order, even the items I have marked down by 40%. I'm losing money on those Hot Buys if they use the voucher code. I want to give a 20% discount to all items EXCEPT for the Hot Buys which are already marked down by 40%. Is there a way to make an exception between Catalog Price Rules and Cart Rules? Please help ASAP. I'd be so happy to get this figured out! Lane
  10. I've got a store with several hundred products on it. I've set up a category called "HOT BUYS" where I have those items (about 40 items) on sale at a 40% discount. Ive set up a cart rule based on category and everything seems to work, BUT my customers don't see new discount price until they get near the end of check-out. At that point they see the total discount sum saved. I need to have the new discount price displayed along with the percentage and new, adjusted price on each product list. I did see some threads on this topic posted already, but I haven't found anything that covers 1.6 and up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lane
  11. This is a great thread. I need this for 1.6 as well. Any ideas? Or maybe it's already built in and I'm just not seeing the option? Lane
  12. Please help if you can. I have a problem that I'm sure isn't unique to only us and I'm needing some help on how to set up my cart rules regarding free shipping. THE SCENARIO . . . we have about 900 products that we sell to dealers (dealers have to log-in to our cart - members only) at a wholesale price. If a dealer orders over $600 in combined totals, they receive free shipping. BUT, we also sell items (our closeout items) within that same store at our cost. We can't offer free shipping on those items. How do I set up my cart rules to reflect that only certain items qualify for free shipping (and only when their total order exceeds $600) and our closeout items do not get counted into that total? Hope I've explained this well enough. Lane
  13. Thank you. I turned on the errors and I can see all the php info on the page now, but can't seem to find an error? It's strange because if I enable iphone or ipad usage, I get the logo still, plus a partial graphic at the top of the page, so the page is loading, but there is something within that is not letting the modules or theme fully load.
