some body help meeee???

we are already clear cache nothing is happened and friendly url is alrady disable

they increased memory_limit size to 120M and module limit error is not comming ... grate but we not add pages in SEO and URL..... look when i am click in to add new page in preference>SEO&URL for New page black page will in my browser
