  1. ME Too!, I want to create a local shipping zone, so that I can create a carrier/shipping option for local customers, For example creating a hand delivery and Set-up option for customers within 45 miles, or within the predefined zip codes... I thought I had that set-up, but I have out of state customers choosing local delivery and set-up... but that's not available for out of state customers... Any help would be appreciated
  2. Hey Guys/Gals, I was just finishing set-up of 1.5 when the new 1.6 came out, and since I hadn't completed 1.5 all the way, I went ahead and started over, with the 1.6, and everything seemed fine, until I got the majority of the work done, and now my default 1.6 theme seems to be MIA. What I would like to know is there an easy way to keep all the data, ie database back-up, and then revert back to 1.5? and then re-upload the database? I'm really not wanting to start from scratch. At first it was just consuming way to much disc space, figured out it was the cache, then it was just running horribly slow, so I changed hosting companies and re-built it (re-installing all the data). Now, I just don't know what to do, I've spent far to many nights on this already... Does anyone have one of those "easy buttons" like you see in the TV Commercials? lol
  3. If anyone can help, First after installing several thousand products, I had an issue with the site going to blank white pages. I found out that it was caused by running out of allocated disk space, so I increased the space, it was good for a while, then it ran out again, I assumed it was from the site creating pages with the friendly URLs and then leaving or permanently writing them on the disk, because of one of the mods I installed to make the site run faster. So increased the disk space again, this time up to just over 40 Gigs. However it's now consumed all that disc space as well. And the site is not functioning correctly. in fact it will not even load many of the back office pages, such as 1 click upgrade or the product pages (in the back office) Does anyone know how to fix this massive consumption of disk space. I'm an old school developer, and these newer styled platforms, are extremely new to me. My site is www.45Direct.com Thanks, 45Direct
  4. I ran into the same problem, it seems the site will increase the disk spaced used until it has filled the entire disk, or at least the disk space allocated to the site, and then it will go to white pages as it's not able to generate anymore pages with all the disc spaced used. So, I allocated over 40 gigs, so that I would not have to worry about it anymore. However at this point, it's used it all, and I'm not quite sure what to do. Anyone out there know how to stop the massive disc consumption?
