Bună ziua, Rezolvasem problema, era de la un email, „order_conf_product_list.txt”, existau ghilimele simple din cauza cărora îmi dădea o eroare. Am înlocuit acea filă cu una dintr-o arhivă nou descărcată, aceiași versiune (1.6.0.9), am modificat emailul „order_conf”, pentru că vroiam să apară un text acolo și totul a mers bine în noaptea în care am lucrat. A doua zi n-a mai mers. Nu mai primesc e-mailuri la comenzile noi. Am instalat modulul „Alerte prin email v3.6.0”, îl instalasem înainte să văd de acea eroare, defapt. La Parametri avansați--Email am bifate „Utilizați funcția PHP mail() (recomandat; funcționează în cele mai multe cazuri)” și „Ambele”. E-mailul de test se trimite, ajunge la mine. Am înlocuit „order_conf” cu filele originale și tot nu ajunge e-mailul de confirmare al comenzii. Dacă în config/defines.inc.php setez „define('_PS_DISPLAY_COMPATIBILITY_WARNING_', true);”, nu-mi arată nicio eroare în procesul de comandă. Știe cineva ce aș mai putea face, la ce ar trebuii să mă uit? Există vreo metodă alternativă, modul? Poate chiar să fac unul, nu sunt expert în PHP, dar știu unele lucruri, aș încerca să fac un modul, ceva, dacă aș găsii îndrumare. Tot ce vreau e să trimit clienților un mesaj de confirmare a comenzii. Mulțumesc.

Dacă modific pur și simplu la Parametrii Avansați -> Email nu ajunge nimic la adresa pe care o pun. Nu știu la ce modul vă referiți.

Nu se întâmplă în cazul meu. Am instalat chiar, ultima versiune de Prestashop pe un sever, ca să văd dacă nu e cumva vre-o problemă la instalarea pe care este magazinul de care este vorba și nici ultima versiune nu-mi trimite e-mail de confirmare. Am făcut conturi folosind si adrese atât de Yahoo cât și de Gmail și nimic. Am verificat în SPAM, nu e nici acolo... Sunt sigur că s-a înțeles, dar o să mai precizez odată, e vorba de o confirmare pe email care să fie trimisă clientului după ce acesta face comanda. Mulțumesc.

I may have modified code files, I'm not sure. What i tried was to install the newest version 1.6.11, delete the database and import the database of the 1.6.0.8 installation. It doesn't work. How could I transfer the 1.6.0.8 data to the clean installation? Thank you.

I had the 1.6.0.8 version, that didn't worked. For testing I installed the 1.6.0.9 version, on localhost and the product ordering worked fine. I updated the server installation to 1.6.0.9 using the 1 click update module and I also cleared the cache from BO->Advanced parameters-> Performance -> Clear cache (top right) and the problem still persists. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks. Edit. I don't know if this is important. At BO->Advanced parameters-> Performance, down the page, at "Caching", "Use cache" is set to no.

Thank you for your response. I did read, but I did all kinds of mistakes. I ignored the file structure of the exported zip, I ignored the Config.xml file, I havent checked the files when I created a new theme from the BO, I didn't clicked on the "Advanced settings" button after I added a new theme. In the end I did all the things right and I created a duplicate theme.

Hi. How can I create a child theme? All I want is to duplicate the default theme in order to work on it. In 1.6.0.5 I simply duplicated the default theme, renamed it and activate it in BO->Preferences->Themes, but this doesn't seam to work anymore. Thanks.

Hi, I have categories that contain subcategory but don't contain products. When a visitor clicks on a such category it's showen the message saying that there are no products in that category. How can I display the products of the subcategory, or is there a way to associate the products of the subcategory to the parent category? Thank you.

I need to import products from several 1.4 and 1.5 prestashop sites into one 1.6 prestashop site. I did imported the categories and the products through CSV Import. Because in the cvs files I don't have the right path to the images, the images weren't imported so I started importing them manually. I populated the ps_image, ps_image_lang and the ps_image_shop database tables and I left the ps_image_type table with the default (installation) data. I copied the img/p/ folder from an old site (using the old file system) into the new 1.6 site and I run the Move images from Preferences->Images. After just a few seconds I got the success message, but nothing happened. I also run the Regenerate thumbnails and I got errors saying: Original image is missing or empty (C:xampphtdocspssitename/img/p/3/6/36.jpg) for product ID 36 I was expecting to get errors, but I noticed the lack of slashes in the first half of the path name. Is there any correlation between the lack of slashes in the first half of the path name and the fact that the Move images tool is not working, or there is a different reason for the tool not to work? I use the 1.6.0.6.

Salut. Am creat un cârlig folosind acest tutorial: http://youtu.be/E5F5Bqr7YMI. Când încerc să mut „Top Horizontal Menu” în el, nu mă lasă. Cum pot muta acest modul într-un alt cârlig? Am nevoie de acest modul într-un cârlig separat. Mulțumesc. P.S. Am reușit să pun modulul în acel cârlig adâugând public function hookmyNewCoolHook($params) { return $this->hookmyNewCoolHook($params); } la sfârșitul filei /modules/blocktopmenu/blocktopmenu.php, dar acum nu-mi mai apare nimic după HOOK_TOP, acolo unde începe cârligul meu, iar în consolă îmi dă "NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error". P.S. 2 Am mai făcut niște modificări, dar tot ce am obținut e să nu-mi mai apară meniul de loc pe pagina (și eroarea 500 a dispărut) Dacă m-ar putea îndruma cineva spre un tutorial despre cum să creez un cârlig nou în care să mut meniul, mi-ar fi de mare ajutor.
