On my site with PS. 1.6.1.4, I genereted several credit slip. But all of them have as number 0 both in the pdf filename and inside the slip. How can i fix this?

I have problems with my first credit slip on PS 1.6.1.4. in the table id_order_slip has value 1 but in the pdf the value is NC000000. The customer has no taxes but in the slip the taxes bos is filled with my default taxes. My customer is Russian and he wrote his name and address in cyrillic characters and in the pds they are replaced by question marks. How can i solve these problems? Thanks in advance.

Buongiornoi a tutti! Devo risolvere questa situazione: un cliente ha un prestashop 1.5.5.0 con due negozi in multistore. ora vorrebbe dividerli e gestirli separatamente. Come posso fare? Partendo da quello secondario e seguendo questa procedura ho soltanto incasinato le cose: - ho settato il secondario come negozio di default - cancellato clienti, ordini e carrelli del primario - cancellato il negozio Il risultato: il template completamente sballato senza moduli centrali. Inoltre nel backoffice, non ho più i nomi categorie nell'apposita sezione (anche se nel dettaglio vedo tutti i dati) e anche l'emso dei sef url è vuoto. Potete aiutarmi? Grazie
