boss I could not upgrade my shop from 1.56 to 1.6 repeatedly some error is coming and some functions are not working after broken the upgrade process from one click upgrade. kindly give me the right solution.

Dear Presta users, I am setting up a new online store, last month I was set up completely and entered some products in to my site. but it has give trouble to login into my admin area. then I delete everything and reset all the settings and newly installed then I posted some product. but today I am facing the same problem which I faced last month. I am worrying that some bug issues may blocking my login details password reset also not working..... I don't know. my hosting server support team has advised to check with priesta users. and this time my site also not working, it is working in mobile mode.
