  1. For anyone else having this issue make sure you have it set to automatically redirect canonical urls. After changing that setting all of the issues described above were resolved.
  2. Ok pretty interesting to note that there are a ton of things going wrong now. The top nav on the wholesale page listed about cannot be edited. I can either disable it or deal with the links that are there while on the bongo website I can easily edit any of the settings for it. Also small things are unable to be edited as well, I attempted to remove the "powered by prestashop" from the footer. Once again if you look at bongo I was able to edit it easily while on wholesale I can change the settings all I want without any changes being saved. I am really confused now and would really appreciate any help or pointer in the right direction. Thanks again in advance.
  3. I have disabled, reset, set to hide then re enabled the categories with no luck. On the main page of Wholesale it only shows one category but if you were to go to any other page it now shows all categories. For example on the main page it only shows animal pipes but if you go to Grinders it displays all categories as normal. Thanks again for any help.
  4. Hello, I recently started using the multistore feature but after activating my second shop all categories are missing. If you go to my main page at Bongo Glass Pipes you can see the categories showing on the left however on the new page I created at Wholesale Pipe Shop it doesn't show any categories even though the items are still showing on the main page. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
  5. Thanks for the response, I deleted the themeinstaller module from prestashop (version 2.8) and uploaded the old version of theme installer (2.5). The error continues to show up though. I would really like to be able to use the newer version of prestashop but if I am unable to use a theme I will have to roll back to an older version. Any help is definitely appreciated.
  6. I am having the same issue after upgrading to Prestashop 1.6. I am using the greenstore template which I had previously used without any issue. I am using the import module which was what gave me the error. I have also tried the steps listed by "badrelmers" without any luck. Any help is definitely appreciated.
  7. Yes I erased that folder last night when i started to manually add in images and in order to save room on my hosting plan. After uploading all files i chnaged permissions to 777, then used the full url (the one posted above was copied/pasted from the csv file I usd) I also only attempted to upload one image per product. After uploading all images and with permsissions changed (before erasing all the imnages i uploaded) I was able to load all image susing the full url path and had a friend confirm the images loaded on their pc.
  8. The link was to the full size image. My images were uploaded to http://www.onestoppipeshop.com/images/ when you ftp in it initally shows your domain name (i.e. onestoppipeshop.com) then the images folder along side admin, cache, classes, config, controllers etc. Thanks again for your time
  9. Thanks again for the quick reply Yes opening the url in my web browser does load the image. I have tried all the different combinations of ways to imput the image url and none have worked. I attempted the full url for example http://www.onestoppipeshop.com/images/b/423/perc2__65518.jpg another post said the full url was the issue and instead to leave the domain name out (as posted below), which also didnt work. /b/423/perc2__65518.jpg Btw now the above link will not work simply because i erased the folder/images i had uploaded when i started to manually add in the images.
  10. Yea i did a ftp upload, changed permmissions to 777, tried using the full image url/short url and im using prestashop version 1.5.4.1. Thanks for the reply
  11. There are a ton of people having the same exact issue, if you look at the threads I was posting on there were no answers from support. "start being constructive." really liked this part considering how constructive that comment was As for the support package, I did look into this. I didnt like the idea though considering there are issues people are having to code solutions themselves (githud image import issue) Now that being said I must say I do regret the decision to post on three threads regarding the picture not importing issue, however after hours of trying different things and going over a ton of post of people with the same issue (some dating back a year) I let my frustration get the best of me.
  12. Tried with no luck, that the githud edits, the php.ini, rewriting the img path, setting permissions to 777, looking at year old posts, nothing works and good luck on finidng a post from support!!!!!
  13. yea tons of people having this issue and support is no where to be found on any of these pages....... sure are doing a lot of good here
  14. Yea same exact problem here, attmepted to use the adminimportcontroller.php that was uploaded and it will not load the import page, i had to revert to the old semi working better one. IM USING 1.5.4.1 and this is driving me insane. I have spent hours here messing with code (tried both github solutions) Im really just about ready to give up on this cart and move on....... really nice this continues to go and and the moderators havent responded to this post <_>
