Hi Benjamin, I deleted the cookies and cache but the problem remains. On some occasions I can successfully log in however as soon as I try to navigate throughout the admin panel the login page reappears. Same problem on mobile (in fact cannot log in at all on mobile). Thanks, John

Hi, I am new to PrestaShop and having trouble logging into my admin page. The email address and password are correct as I have perviously logged in successfully. I currently cannot log in but even when I can I often get redirected back to login page when navigating around the panel. I have reset password, emptied cache, changed from safari to Firefox but the problem persists. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks, John
