After contacting the hosting company, we managed to have it restored. I had tried everything I could think of (re-install theme, change category names, clear cache, etc. etc.) Thanks anyway!

By downloading the Dutch language file from prestashop.com I managed to have the language issue solved. The product names and images are still not visible. I noticed that the categories (names and structure) have changed as well. The names showed now are a few months old, and they showed up somehow. Would changing back the Category names do any good? I'm cautious as I don't want to screw it up more.

Hello, I have made a very dumb mistake to copy the English language to the Dutch language in the back-end (see attached picture) Now the whole shop is messed up, admin language is English and Dutch mixed. (not anymore) The worst thing is that all Product Names are replaced with "N/B" (that's Dutch for "N/A"), see screenshot. Theme and shop Settings are also gone or messed, content pages are gone or messed. I was using Akira theme, I switched back to classic theme but it didn't change anything. When trying to go back with 1-Click Upgrade, I don't see any back-ups so not possible to back-up to previous version. When looking in \admin\autoupgrade\backup I do see back-up files however (see screenshot) I'm in panic mode as I'm writing this and I'm desperate in need of help. Could this be fixed somehow? I don't know what or why, but my site is back again

I don't know what happened, or what caused this. I think it happened after updating 1-Click Upgrade. But my front office is down at the moment. When using Firefox, below error message appears: I already searched the forum and tried the following: disabled SSL cleared cache (server and PC) regenerated .htaccess re-uploaded missing file from fresh download (admin/autoupgrade/index.php) The info from "Advanced parameters" > "Configuration information" below: Modified files (3) sitemap.xml admin/autoupgrade/index.php admin/themes/default/template/controllers/dashboard/helpers/view/view.tpl Help needed urgently, my shop is not reachable. Thanks in advance guys.

Dat heeft inderdaad het probleem verholpen. Dit is zonet ook op het US forum geadviseerd, was nog niet zover om deze post bij te werken. Mijn eigen theme heeft een eigen cross selling module, dit veroorzaakte wellicht het probleem. Alsnog super bedankt voor de correcte oplossing die je hebt aangedragen, TOP!

WOW!! That actually solved it!! I can't tell you how thankful I am! I will keep you informed on future status. The ironic thing is that my custom theme has its own cross selling module. So that must have been causing this. Thank you so much!

No, I didn't. The strange this, it doesn't happen all the time, nor to all products. I can't figure out what the root cause is or was.

Yes, I double checked. In my version it was already like that. Anything else to look for..?

The products are enabled, nothing changes within the product details. I also tried to disable and enable product, but still same issue.

Issues still occur with Stock management enabled..

Again, I have the same issues. This is driving me crazy, can please someone help me? I'm willing to pay, but this really needs to be fixed. Debug moded is enabled, see this product of this or this I can't keep copying products, because this is bad for SEO / Google. Someone please help
