Ok, I just figured it out. I am embarrassed about how I missed this - it was right in front of me the whole time. When I went back to look to the Carriers page to see if there were any duplications there, I noticed that the name column and the delay column had the identical text listed - both had the shipper name and both had the time of expected delivery. When I edited a carrier, I deleted the time of expected delivery from the carrier name field and deleted the shipping method from the transit time field. All good now. Thanks for the effort to help me figure this out. If you want to tackle one that is harder, you can tell me how to get FedEx Ground to list in the shipping options when someone is checking out. There are quite a few discussions on this topic and there do not appear to be too many solutions offered.

Thanks for the thought. I did try to upgrade to the latest version relatively recently, but decided to go back since it messed with a bunch of stuff. From what I can see there are not any duplicates. Besides, it would seem to me that if that were the problem, it would list the whole line more than once or at least double up the $ amount as well, not just the name of the option?? Open to any more ideas...

Using a theme on version 1.6.0.14. When testing the checkout, I have discovered that when I get to .04 Shipping, it lists shipping options with the amounts, but the shipping option name is listed twice right next to each other. So, for example, it says "UPS Ground UPS Ground" in the same line. I have attached a .pdf of the screen for review. Any idea how to fix? Thanks, Todd ShippingCarriersPage.PDF

Of course. Not sure how people normally attach items on here for review, but for some reason, it said I cannot attach the .tpl file directly. So I made a .pdf of it to attach. Hope this works... blocksocial.tpl.pdf

Still frustrated by this one. I have deleted the .tpl file from the themes section as vekia had suggested. I have also downloaded an installed the latest .tpl file in the other directory - which now has a line for instragram included. So now it shows the facebook logo perfectly, it shows the youtube logo, but also with the word youtube attached right underneath and it has instagram spelled out, but no logo. Does not make sense to me. What to try now? Do I have to upload some instagram logo to an img file somewhere? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Todd

Great, thanks vekia. I changed it and it worked perfectly on my pc. It did not change on my tablet or phone though, so I added an offset for md as well and it did move it over for the tablet - although not as far as I would have liked. I tried an offset of 4, which was obviously too far, but 3 is not quite all the way over. On the phone, I got no movement at all trying offsets for sm and xs. For the phone it is floated all the way to the left, which in this case does not look bad, so I am okay with it. Would be nice to be able to move the tablet one over a little more though, can I do that in the css? Thanks, Todd

Thanks for the response. I did turn off the smart cache. I found the css file which is blockuserinfo and adding the margin does move it over to the right. However, it squishes the items on top of each other. The lock is on top of the word Sign which is on top of the word In. I am obviously not very experienced with css and cannot figure it out, so any additional help would be appreciated. Thanks, Todd

I deleted the quick search box and now the "Sign In" link has moved to the middle of the screen. Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, that did not work for me. It now shows the two icons (youtube & facebook) as it did before, but now also has the words facebook and youtube as links spelled out on top of each other. Still nothing with respect to Instagram. Here is a link:http://speedconceptsonline.com/buyspeed/. I deleted the .tpl file from the blocksocial folder in my themes, not the one in the other modules section accessed from the main directory. What else could I try?

I would also be interested in an easy fix to add the instagram icon.

I have Godaddy shared hosting plan. I talked to them and they said I can add the file myself. So I did, created a php5.ini file with the safe mode off instructions listed in this thread. I think it worked because when I looked at the phpinfo page, it does indicate safe mode as being off. Using FileZilla, I have put the permissions to 755. Still stuck at the same spot. Any other ideas? Thanks for the help. Todd

I am had the same problem with 1.5.5 and pretty much gave up. I had read some of the other forum comments on the subject and none seemed to fix my issue. I saw that 1.5.6 came just came out and gave it a shot with this version and am getting the same "Create settings.inc file" error, it does not even get beyond 0%. I just tried changing the permissions as was suggested above. Still nothing. I looked for the php.ini file, but could not locate it. I do not have public_html nor is it in my root folder. Did I forget to create something? Any help would be appreciated.
