Do you have a slow site for 30usd? 300 Products 50 Categories

My FBTR is very slow. Isn't that the webhost? Why is DigitalOcean good? I want to spend 30usd per month. What can I expect, what should I expect?

Can anybody confirm that the site can be slow because of how PrestaShop handles the server?

What makes a host a good webhost for PrestaShop? Can you suggest me one or two? Why are they good? Why are they good for PrestaShop? Not more than 30usd/month

Yes it wasn't cached correctly. I had to change it in the cached .css file. It is fixed. Thanks for helping

Example -> http://soaparcadia.com/en/ Some parts just disappear. Can anyone help me? I did use dataurls in the CSS for some pictures. Can that be the problem? Or is this a bug in PrestaShop 1.5.6? Or is this the theme (Leo Drinks) that I am using? Or is it something else? Ok it is fixed. I needed to edit the code of the cached .css file.
