  1. Hi there, I want my Cart Rules to display like Catalog price rules where it shows our special price after the discount as the Unit price in the cart summary and cart block and our 1-14 case price on the product detail page like the attachments show.... Is there a controller I can override to accomplish this?
  2. My client, UST Glass, wishes to offer quantity discounts based on total number of products with mix-and-match capabilities, from 15 categories. Discount 1: From 1-14 cases is 40% off the List Price Discount 2: From 15-49 cases is 46% off the List Price Discount 3: From 50 cases is 55% off the List Price I've tried using both Cart rules and Catalog price rules. We want to use Catalog price rules because it displays the correct Unit Price in the shopping cart summary and cart block, because it shows the price with the discount included. And it shows the 1-14 Case price on the product detail page. See attached screenshots. We want this type of display but using Cart Rules so that the discounts are applied correctly since Catalog Price Rules do not let us mix-and-match products in categories and only applies the discount to individual products, so I have to buy 50 of one item to get the 55% discount. This is not what we are after. Customers need to be able to mix and match products in the above categories to get the best price. Here's what I'm trying to achieve: 25 x item A 15 x item B 10 x item C ---------------- 50 items = 50% off each item Price displayed in cart and on product detail page need to look like the attached screenshots. How can we display Cart rules in the same manner as Catalog price rules? Would I be able to make changes to one of the controllers in my override folder?? Or, is there a module that will count the number of cases in certain categories and apply the final percent discount to apply to applicable products in the cart? Here's a link to our main Shop page: http://www.ustglass.com/index.php?id_cms=15&controller=cms Thank you so much for help with this matter. Best Regards, MissV
  3. We are in search of a certified PrestaShop developer or someone with extensive PrestaShop customization experience that can make unique customizations to our online store. The Cart Summary and Cart Block (lower right column) need to show prices based on the quantity in the customers' cart. We are using different Cart Rules for most of the product categories... Currently, its displaying the List Price as the Unit Price. The unit price needs to include the discount. Update as of 04/06/2014 This has been solved using Catalog Price Rules, because they display the Unit Price in the Cart with the discount included, unlike Cart rules. Hope this helps someone else.
  4. Hello, I'm using PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 and would like some help to set up a Catalog Price Rule to give a discount based on the total number of products purchased from within the same category. I need my customer to be able to buy any combination of products from the same category like this: 25 of product "A" + 15 of product "B" + 10 of product "C" = 50 products, and with a purchase of 50 or more products from this Category "widgets", it gives a 50% discount on the subtotal of these. It only seems to give the discount if they have ordered 50 or more of the same product, so how can I set up a Catalog Price Rule which would allow my customers to mix-and-match products within a category to give an overall discount of 50% off? Thank you in advance.
  5. Thank you, it worked like a charm. Thanks for all your support on the forums to others as well.
  6. Hello, I have searched forums and tried changing my global css and looked into breadcrumb.tpl. I cannot seem to figure out why my breadcrumbs are not staying on one line. Here's a link to our website: http://ustglass.com/index.php?id_category=59&controller=category Prestashop 1.5.4.1 Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
  7. How do I mark it as closed? I marked it as solved.
  8. Hi, I spent a bit of time looking for a solution to the many validation errors I received from using Top Horizontal Menu. It looks like this: cannot generate system identifier for general entity "controller" An entity reference was found in the document, but there is no reference by that name defined. Often this is caused by misspelling the reference name, unencoded ampersands, or by leaving off the trailing semicolon (. The most common cause of this error is unencoded ampersands in URLs as described by the WDG in "Ampersands in URLs". The quickest way to solve that was to use the Add Menu Top Link and manually set up each link with & in place of the & (ampersand). Hope this helps someone else.
  9. Hello, thanks so much. I have found someone! Shawn Kilmer @ Resonant Media in Portland, Oregon.
  10. Thank you for the courtesy of your reply. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cheque module via FTP, but it did not fix the problem. Then, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module through the back office / modules, and again tested a checkout, and there was no error when I confirmed the order. Problem solved.
  11. We were able to checkout on our shop with no problems until I modified the Payments by check - native module. I have reinstalled the Payments by check module, but it is still throwing this blank page whenever I confirm an order. We are running PS 1.5.4. To recreate the error: 1. Place any available product in cart from http://ustglass.com/index.php?id_category=24&controller=category 2. Go to checkout, you will need to register in order to checkout. 3. Click the button to confirm the order. 4. Blank page occurs and no email notification is sent to our notify address: http://ustglass.com/index.php?fc=module&module=cheque&controller=validation I am concerned that I may have accidentally unhooked a module somewhere? Here is the debug output: Fatal error: Call to undefined method ShopUrl::cacheMainDomainForShop() in /home/ustgl1/public_html/override/classes/Mail.php on line 212 Thank you for any help/ideas/suggestions you can give me.
  12. RE: Using PrestaShop 1.5.4 with eMagicOne's PS Store Manager with QuickBooks add-on. I have been looking for several weeks for a way to show my specific price breakdown on the category listing page (theme/product_list.tpl) like on this page: http://ustglass.com/...roller=category. I have 11 categories in my shop that all need a custom module/function to show specific prices on the category listing page like this: Glass Rod 1-11 30% off X | 12-29 40% off X | 30+ 50% off X (column format: item name, quantity purchased, and X, where X is the sale price (includes discount) Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you so much.

  14. Hello everyone, My client has over 1200 products and 4 warehouses in the USA. It is Prestashop 1.5.4.1, integrated with Quickbooks Enterprise 10 and Prestashop Store manager. * Offer shop-by-warehouse as a start shopping option (MultiStore?) * Template changes to product_list.tpl to show discount breakdown (there are price breaks based on quantitiy purchased), as well as price per gram, price per case, pounds per case, etc. * Ensure PrestaShop Store manager is correctly exporting all orders correctly to Quickbooks. * Modified payment module that allows manual processing of credit cards Thank you.
  15. Hello fcoitino, I'm fine, just a bit perplexed. We use Store Manager for PrestaShop but I believe we need a 3rd party module or just a custom function to perform this feature... What is CRUD? No, we do not use combinations. Thanks!
