As well as getting a Fatal error the first Time I tried to purchase something in my shop the 2nd time I got this error message - Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> TIMESTAMP -> 2014-12-02T12:56:50Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Please advise... :S

I have made a new bank account and re installed pay pal and it is still not working.. how would my server be able to help with this matter?

I accidentally deleted my direct debit connection within my bank account the other day now I cannot add that same account again (have tried several times) and pay pal payments do not work in the checkout process from my shop anymore. It was working fine till then. I have added another account but it is withdrawal only as it is not a current account. I have a debit card linked too. I'm not sure why it is still not working. Here is the error message - Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Please advise me on how to proceed ... thanks

I moved my site to a new server/hosting company and now when you click on the link to go to my shop it doesn't work. I cannot access my presta shop files via my old server as they are gone now. I don't have a back up of the shop .. have I lost it?

Changed hosting provider and now shop is not working. It was working fine till I had to change servers and now it doesn't work. I am guessing it is something to do with some setting somewhere.. any advice gratefully received.. thanks in advance.. xx

well it worked!! I took it out of test mode and it worked.. weird because before when it was in live mode it didn't work.. but that appears to have done it!! OMg.. is it actually fixed...~?
