  1. Hi ShirtSeller!!! After some weeks going around this issue, I talked with my hosting support service. Everything seems to be ok, so we decided to copy a php.ini file inside every folder with a php file (almost averyone) in order to override configuration with the following parameters: max_input_vars = 2200 max_execution_time = 120 post_max_size = 20M upload_max_filesize = 20M I know it's a brute-force aproach, but it was a desperate solution.... ¿Guess what??? It didn't work. Server space is not the problem (I guess)... I'm actually using 20% of my capacity. Small images are well created in the upload folder, so solution is somewhere else. I was running another thread in the spanish forum, but after this step... silence has ruled since then. I've been using Prestashop for more than 3 years, but because of this unsolved problem, I'm seriously thinking about moving to other platform... can´t wait anymore.
  2. Hola!
Gracias!
  5. Hola Nadie!!! Es un placer!!! Tamaño máximo del archivo de imágenes del cliente: 8388608 memory_limit 128M max_execution_time 30 Adjunto el php completo... Gracias! 2014-09-13-phpinfo.htm
  6. Hi Fellows!!! I run a customized products store, so every product has at least one customizable image field and 2 or 3 customizable text fields. Uploading customized images under 1.6MB works fine, but over that value, the customer gets the error "An error occurred during the image upload process." . I've spent a couple of days on it without any success. Let me tell you what I've tried: BO: Maximum file size of customer's pictures is set on 8MB My hosting provider already set php.ini values as follows: post_max_size = 20M upload_max_filesize = 20M max_file_uploads = 10. (These values are oversized, of course) Server permissions are not the issue because all files smaller than 1.6MB are correctly uploaded and they appear in the upload folder. My theme is a manual derivation from default-bootstrap, and I went back to the original product.tpl . My store is on 1.6.0.8 version, and I'm keeping it under maintenance due to this failure. Thanks for your help!!!!
  7. Hola equipo!!!
  8. Hi Guys! I've been looking for a simple and effective solution like @Guillaumeb59's. Thank's!!! Let me improve that idea of changing the file /yourinstallation/modules/themeconfigurator/css/hook.css: The lines #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-5 { width: 66.6667%; } @media (max-width: 479px) { #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-5 { width: 100%; } } are an exception to the rule of 33% for every image you upload. With that in mind you can change in any way you want. Example: Building a 3 column grid for ever and ever Delete the following lines on the file /yourinstallation/modules/themeconfigurator/css/hook.css: #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-5 { width: 66.6667%; } @media (max-width: 479px) { #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-5 { width: 100%; } } Example: making any other image 66% wide I had to build a grid of images with 2 rows and 3 columns. Below those, a 3rd row with 2 images: the first one had the width of twice the width of the images above. To build it, the 7th item had to be set to 66%. To get that behavior I turned the lines #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-5 { into #htmlcontent_home ul li.htmlcontent-item-7 { . That's all, I hope you enjoy it. Thanks again!!!
  9. Hi Vekia!!! Thanks for your help!!! On the concole I only got this error: Uncaught ReferenceError: blocksearch_type is not defined in the file My_Own_Theme_Path/js/modules/blocksearch/blocksearch.js:71 That line says: /* TODO Ids aa blocksearch_type need to be removed*/ var width_ac_results = $("#search_query_" + blocksearch_type).parent('form').width(); My Own Theme is a copy of the original theme. I already changed all images, CSS and TPL files. JS have not been touched yet. Thanks!!
  10. Hi, Dioniz! I tried reseting, deactivating and activating the theme configurator, but it's not working yet. Images went to their original places, so the module did reset. The store is under maintenance, I guess it's not part of the problem... Thanks!
  11. Hi Fellows! I updated from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6.0.8 using the Autoupgrade module, and I've not changed the default-bootstrap theme yet. Actually, I was expecting to use all the features of the new version before digging on the tpl or css files in order to adjust the store's own look. When calling "Display Live Configurator" option, the new window with the front-end and the button with the gears appears OK, but nothing happens when clicking on the floating button. No menu, no waiting icon, no pop-ups... nothing happens. It's the same on IE, Chrome and Firefox, on 3 different laptops. I'm using only firefox because back-end on IE is a complete mess. ¿What's wrong? ¿Any clue? Tnx
