Just wanted to update everyone, the HTMLBOXPRO version is working perfect, just my "rookieness" not knowing how to operate. Thanks for the help

My free version of HTML Box worked fine, but once I paid for the "Pro" version, it does nothing. It's there, and I enter my text and such under home, footer, anywhere, does not matter and it does nothing. And for those "Rookies" like myself, your best keeping with free version, as the pro version is WAY more difficult and hard to understand. And the fact it does not actually work for me. :-( Sent a few emails to the programmer, and now not getting any response. Asking for refund, so will see how that goes.....

Yes I actually bought the full pro version, but having issues with it right now. As for video, there is no possible way to add as I alwasy get errors and invalid messages? I just copy embedded image link, and place it with no luck, I think I am totally missing something here. What is the actual proceedure to add a video to product description? Thanks

Can't seem to find this anywhere, but could someone tell me how to add a youtube embedded image on the main page (like in the scrolling banner part of main) and in the product description? I am using the most current version and everytime I try and embed a video it tells me "Description field invalid". Thanks Russ

Thanks for the response. I suppose this is not for me as neither did work for me. 1. I could not find anywhere where to edit the Call Us Now: in any of the translations 2. My bad here as I have no clue where to add my background image file. :-( 3. Category Block is enabled, but still only see category on top, and not left side. 4. Going to give that free mod a peek, as I am ok in html stuff.

Sorry it's a bit tough to get a response after previous posts without help so figure I try and get it all in. And I am sorry I still do not understand this answer, so 1 question.... I want to edit the top where it says "Call Us Now:" and change that so it will say "Email Us" and with our email.

I want to do a few things like.... 1. take out the "Call us Now:" on top and change that to our email. 2. Add a background, right now it is just white. 3. I want categories to be listed on the left side like I see most sites. 4. Add a text area on home page, just above the banners, and below the categories. So I can right click the page, and see all the codes I want to change (i.e. background, change call us now to an email us now, etc. etc.), but when I download the php file I do not see all these codes? Sorry I am new at this but for the life of me I cannot find the correct page to try and edit some things. Russ

I have found a theme that I really like, but hte problem is it only works for 1.5 or older and I am running the most current version. They offer a upgrade for $350 more, but them I am looking at close to $500 for this. Oh yeah they are gone now, thought I edited the quetion to say it seems to be gone now. Maybe my browser needed cleared.

Does anyone else have a solution for this problem? Still seeing stats in the dashboard, and it even shows 1 order which I cannot find anywhere as it is not in the system. As well even weirder those stats change each time I reload the page. So it appears maybe the dashboard stats thing is not very dependable? Russ

So I have been hard at work adding our inventory after doing a clear out of pre-loaded data. All inventory, categories were removed before I started, and things were looking good until this morning I started at it again and notice in the Elk Ridge category ( http://bluegrassblades.com/presta/index.php?id_manufacturer=3&controller=manufacturer&live_configurator_token=735248a96ecbd300d73dc7a0be0ec1a4&id_shop=1&id_employee=1&theme=&theme_font= ) There are 3 or 4 products that show stock thumbnails of dresses? But when you click the product, it goes to the correct photo? is this something in my computer or did I goof up somewhere on setup? Russ

CLearing Cache did not work, and the link you provided for a mod did not load. Still seeing the stats on main dashboard.
